What do you like best about the product?
Glider is a well-curated complete Interview Process. Insights and analysis of performance. Helps Vendor partners to improve quality profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dont think there are downsides as of now.

Makes the interview process easy and seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
AI is good and helpful to understand the demand and also to get information in more correct manner. Good to increase the knowledge and helpful for the future purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it become restrcited to some point where a small section of noise is also get detected as a suspecious activity and the timer as if we are extending the link for 2 hrs and the timer is there in test there is no point to extend the link for such good amaout of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first level of screening is done by the glidder as they have the vido to check for the communication skill and also for the typing skill for the particular demand.

I have previously used Glider for an interview process of mine and it was very convenient and user interface was very good aswell

While doing the online assessment I noticed that it was taking a little long to go till the next part

Glider.ai has proved to be quite helpful to analyse and recognise the right talent required. The detailed analysis and simplified score cards have proved to be quite efficient in providing the talent pool needed for our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Glider AI is the best platform which we can assess a candidate aptitude, reasoning abilities, & technical knowledge as well. A platform which helps to strictly review the candidates through accessing the Video & audio

As of now I am really happy to work with the Glider AI. Use of GliderAI made our work more ease to evaluate upon the candidate. So I don't have any dislike on the Glider

Glider solving the main problem of each & every staffing agency by filtering the fake candidates. By accessing the camera glider helps to find the fakes candidates.

Very sensitive assesment, the glider can catch each second of activities of the candidate while taking the assessment so we can review after the candidate takes the test with a whole live testing video

Till now I have not found any drawback of Glider since the Glider people are supportive and give solution immediately, So I have not faced any issue so I do not have any dislike on Glider.

Glider solving the main problem of each and every Staffing agency by filtering fake candidates which we can not ask questions and get the right answer to get the best result, Indirectly Glider assessment avoids Fake Candidates who is there in the market

What do you like best about the product?
Glider gives best solutions to hire right talent for the role without any second thought, Features like sending bulk invites, interview reminders, monitoring , dashboard and detailed insights are really helpfull. The platform is very robust and secure, and fits all our requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used Glider AI but I haven't found anything that is dislikeable about Glider AI.
