Simply a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is just so easy to navigate! Didn't need any tutorials or anything, just jumped straight to using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not really a downside, but there are just so many options that I feel I still need to discover some of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to take notes manually during meetings, Jiminny records them for me.
Easy to use and quick to learn
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to search for specific keywords in a conversation. This helps us search for specific terminologies and quickly get all the conversations that keyword was used in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the audio and video are disrupted, so information is lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me access all the sales calls that are being made and enables me to listen how potential customers talk about what they need and our product.
Didn't realise just how much it could do
What do you like best about the product?
Call stats are great for people who like to make a game of anything (I will learn to talk slower!). The AI Ask Jiminiy feature is very useful and the ability to pull out specific sections of a call and play them back to a client is great
What do you dislike about the product?
If you work as part of a large team where multiple people can be working on an account it can be pretty awkward to assign everything correctly

Cutting down on admin time and giving fresh insights into deals

The meeting notes summary and follow up email template
What do you dislike about the product?
Few issues from time to time with notetaker not joining but the support team are very quick to help and respond

I love the meeting notes and follow up email - Great time saver and ensures I do not miss any important actions off the back of a meeting
Great product that saves me time to write up sales call notes
What do you like best about the product?
I have to do nothing, it is fully automated and summarises call notes in a way that makes reviewing the conversation easy and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes gets the caller and the recipient mixed up in its note taking, kind of reverses roles and names, so not 100% accurate

Saves me time on writing up notes during the call or after.

The statistics and summary of the conversation. The script is also very good
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript sometimes doesn't match with the speech (in my language, Portuguese (PT-PT)) and it doesn't follow the same pace as the conversation either. I wish we could alter some terms or names so the transcript identifies it in the conversation and correctly adds them to the script

helping me with sales coaching and collecting info from a conversation I can hear back (helps me to focus on the conversation rather than taking notes or remember every detail)

I like the feedback I get on my talking points. I also like that I can go back and reference what was talked about on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my clients get a little weird about the "Notetaker" popping up on calls. However, this is a very minor issue and can easily be explained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny allows me to focus more on my client because I don't have to take notes. I can also relisten to my calls to see how I can improve for the future.
Great Product to be able to keep extrapolate industry insights and keep on top of sales execution.

Very intuitive able to find exactly what you are looking for through search.

It can be a little clicky at times but once you get your head around it it's all good!

The transcript. Being able to review a call by searching for terms is nice.

The UI is overwhelming. Hard to save data locally.

Its great at helping me pull details from calls to buils SOWs.
