    What I like most about Jiminny:

    1. Excellent recording quality
    2. Powerful AI features - especially the chat, where you can ask questions about what was discussed during the call
    3. The collaborative aspect is fantastic and really supports coaching, training, and onboarding

    I would highly recommend it!
    What do you dislike about the product?
    - Occasionally runs into a few bugs, which can make the transcript harder to view
    - Sharing snippets or videos outside your team/setup isn’t very straightforward and often requires workarounds, which can slow down collaboration
    - The Sidekick feature doesn’t integrate very well with our CRM tool and could be improved
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Jiminny solves the problem of tracking and accessing key information from calls by making everything easily searchable and traceable. This is especially valuable for coaching and onboarding, as it allows teams to learn from real conversations.
