What do you like best about the product?
I like the capturing of the conversation to transcript is very accurate. You see in a dashboard view of the recording, transcript and coaching. Nice clean screen and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have presets for the call eg discovery call, BANT, or options so the then this gives you or focuses on these areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking so I can concentrate on the call presentation. Review and improving calls. Allowing to focus on the meeting and questions to the client.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review calls and almost compete with colleagues, like we can compete to watch the most videos and be the most engaged in the company etc... creates a really healthy growth environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. no complains in my opinion. genuinely love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a new starter it is great to use it to learn, develop and constantly improve, not onmlt reviewing my own calls but also my colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminy is very user friendly and automatically records my calls. Its transcript feature combining with the ai is very useful
What do you dislike about the product?
it was hard to think about something wrong with jiminny but the one thing i could think about is that i cant search for someone by their phone number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me with my conversation skills and my prompts

Great Product With Some Useful AI Features

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny provides a great link between Sales and CS. Now that we are all on the same system, it makes the post-sales transition far cleaner and means we come to the first meeting far more knowledgeable about the clients.

I love the 'Ask Jiminny' feature. It makes researching clients far quicker. If you don't remember where a topic has been discussed, 'Ask Jiminny' will find it straight away for you. It summarises pain points succinctly and gives timestamps for where this was discussed. It's also extremely useful for self coaching as will give tips for how calls can be improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The summaries aren't quite as detailed as other notetakers and the format isn't as clear. They can also take a little while to be emailed to you so you're sometimes a little detailed when trying to complete your post-meeting admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is bringing all of our meeting recording software into one place so Sales and CS are no longer using different tools. The self coaching tools available with the 'Ask Jiminny' feature are super useful and we are now able to share knowledge in a quicker way as all recordings are automatically available.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to quickly scan over calls and find the relevant information fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the app. The UI feels clunky and not so clear to move around areas so easily.

I find looking for playlists and other things from my team difficult to do easily. I think clearer labelling of the sidebar would work better (instead of using tooltips on hover, use labels).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analysing customer calls to help understand what features of our product need to be addressed and how we can improve these features down the line.

This is a helpful tool in both recapping sales meeings as well as training review. It is easy to use

The only thing i dislike is difficulty with teams meetings

Detailed AI analysis and summary of calls
What do you dislike about the product?
Struggles with effectively identifying call participants and recording who said what
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to analyse my own performance on deals as well as support me in keeping well informed through existing opportunities. The recording capability enables me to be present in the call with the confidence that the key information is being picked up.

What do you like best about the product?
That it has its integrated with AI for summarizing and evaluating sales calls

That its sometimes innaccurate and doesn't show good data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving and shows what is missing from a call in terms of sales perspective and gives an opportunity to coach other members and help them improve by being as a ghost attendee in sales meetings. It helps a lot in defining blind spots in sales calls and also helps in improving for future sales opportunities

Instead of re-listening to full calls, I get instant insights into talk ratios, objection handling, and next steps. It helps me improve faster and stay focused on booking more qualified meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
It just saves so much time. After a whole day of meetings, getting the summary with all the important details is just amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I tried many different tools, but this one is the most intuitive to use.

Reportings, Summaries, coaching and feedback reviews.
