Wish I used Jimminy earlier
What do you like best about the product?
The set up was super easy, only took me 5 minutes!
The intellegent summaries of each call make it so easy to review, I'm constantly listening to calls.
Chloe has been super helpful in setting up the system and spent loads of time helping us figure out all the features.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could leave voice and/or video feedback on calls. I feel like it would add a more personal touch to coaching through Jimminy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Jimminy, it was a massive pain to find and listen to discovery calls that I had booked. Now it's super easy to find and isten to the calls.
A great Gong alternative!
What do you like best about the product?
I’ll be honest - I was a bit apprehensive at first. Having been a Gong user for a while, I wasn’t sure if making the switch would be worth it. But it definitely was.
From day one, the implementation process was smooth and straightforward. Setting up integrations with Outreach and HubSpot was surprisingly simple, and I have to give a massive shoutout to Mike Thomas for his stellar support on the integrations side and Chloe Cross for her fantastic guidance from a Customer Success perspective. They both made what could have been a daunting process relatively simple.
The platform itself is incredibly user-friendly. It’s intuitive, easy to navigate, and the ability to embed Jiminny calls directly into other tools we use has been a game-changer.
The new AI features have also been a standout for me. They’re genuinely helpful, not gimmicky, and they make analysing calls and gaining insights far quicker and more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like with most things, it wasn’t 100% perfect from the get-go. Initially, we had a few teething issues with Jiminny connecting to/joining our Google Calls. However, the team was incredibly proactive in resolving this, and once the Sidekick was up and running, it worked like a charm.
The only other thing I’d flag is a bit more niche. Because I was the admin who initially set up the Outreach integration, my account became linked to it. This was frustrating later on when I tried to remove my Outreach account (since I no longer needed it for my role) but still needed access to Jiminny. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it was a bit of an inconvenience that I had to work around.
All that said, the support from the Jiminny team has been top-notch throughout. They’ve been on hand to help resolve any hiccups along the way.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny has genuinely transformed how we approach calls and follow-ups. One of the biggest shifts for me has been the ability to be fully present in conversations. Instead of frantically scribbling down notes during calls, I can actually listen, engage, and focus on the person I’m speaking to. Knowing that Jiminny is capturing everything in the background gives me complete peace of mind.
The ability to share calls with prospects has also been a huge win. It means we can bring more transparency into our process and give prospects the opportunity to revisit key moments or share relevant parts with their wider teams. This has been especially useful when dealing with multiple stakeholders, as it avoids the classic "telephone game" where messages get misinterpreted as they’re passed along.
Post-call, Jiminny really comes into its own. The insights it provides allow us to reflect on what went well, where we can improve, and identify recurring themes or objections. It’s like having a personal coach on every call. The shorter, sharper notes generated from the AI mean I’m no longer wasting time writing up detailed summaries — it’s already done for me. This not only saves time but also ensures that nothing crucial gets missed.
In short, Jiminny is helping us have more impactful conversations, operate more efficiently, and constantly improve our approach. It’s a genuine time-saver and a productivity booster rolled into one.

Very good for call recording and analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Very clear UX. Other tools do not navigate so easily. It's clear and easy to see what calls you have in the library and can be listened back to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to say. With tools like this the only thing is the analysis could always be more accurate and automated in some ways. In terms of picking out key moments in the call etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to review and coach calls ran by the sales team. Saves time on picking out action items or key moments too
Easy, thorough, great!

The accuracy of speaker identification
How to live without Jiminny?
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Jiminny provides automated analysis of calls, meetings, and communications, helping teams identify trends, customer sentiment, and improvement areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI-based tools occasionally misinterpret sentiment, intent, or context, leading to inaccurate insights or recommendations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can share highlights, annotate conversations, and collaborate on strategies based on recorded sessions.
No more worried about missing an information during a sales call!
What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to the recording, I can really focus on the conversation I am having with my clients. I do not need to worry about misunderstanding, misheard or just missing a piece of information. I know I will find it in the recording! Also all the tools that the platform offers makes my life easier, especially for follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that it's not always very accurate with all accents and languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can watch on demand the recording of my sales calls. I can coach myself, find information I might have missed, or confim an information I am not so 100% of. I can also send part of the recording to my manager/peer or client. And I can copy/paste summaries that Jiminny AI offers.
Right solution for us
What do you like best about the product?
The similicity of integrating it into our processes. The solution is good for what it is. If you're looking for a recording tool, this does it brilliantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to find particular calls. The search returns back everything, which is good, but its hard to narrow down. So I'd suggest adding a few filters in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording meetings, which then allows us to refelct on them after the meeting, and be present during the call without taking down a bunch of notes.
Great Software!
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing calls with my team for feedback felt like having a coach in my corner. It helped me up my game fast. I loved how it synced with my CRM automatically. Less manual work meant more time focusing on prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a lot packed into Jiminny, so it was a bit overwhelming at first. I needed some time to figure it all out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It records my conversations and breaks them down with cool insights like how much I’m talking versus listening and which phrases land well. It’s like having a mirror to improve my pitch.
