Great product that saves me time to write up sales call notes
What do you like best about the product?
I have to do nothing, it is fully automated and summarises call notes in a way that makes reviewing the conversation easy and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes gets the caller and the recipient mixed up in its note taking, kind of reverses roles and names, so not 100% accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me time on writing up notes during the call or after.

Such a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The statistics and summary of the conversation. The script is also very good
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript sometimes doesn't match with the speech (in my language, Portuguese (PT-PT)) and it doesn't follow the same pace as the conversation either. I wish we could alter some terms or names so the transcript identifies it in the conversation and correctly adds them to the script

helping me with sales coaching and collecting info from a conversation I can hear back (helps me to focus on the conversation rather than taking notes or remember every detail)
Jiminny works great for all my client calls!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the feedback I get on my talking points. I also like that I can go back and reference what was talked about on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my clients get a little weird about the "Notetaker" popping up on calls. However, this is a very minor issue and can easily be explained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny allows me to focus more on my client because I don't have to take notes. I can also relisten to my calls to see how I can improve for the future.
Great Product to be able to keep extrapolate industry insights and keep on top of sales execution.

Very intuitive able to find exactly what you are looking for through search.

It can be a little clicky at times but once you get your head around it it's all good!

The transcript. Being able to review a call by searching for terms is nice.

The UI is overwhelming. Hard to save data locally.

Meeting notes made easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is a seemless way to capture the details of a meeting / call and have them plugged right into our CRM. The data is available very quickly and easy to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any that i have experienced as an end user

What do you like best about the product?
Our company implemented Jiminny and in the first 2-3 months of using the product, Jiminny has saved an endless amount of time by helping to alert our team when and where to exert our energy. Jiminny's AI tool easily allows you to gauge interest and risk with clients and even provides a suggested email response to follow up with after calls. Jiminny can review email and call communication to provide risk levels prior to renewals. Also, our rep, Lauren, has been instrumental in the setup and training of the tool. She takes the time to understand our team's goals and help us implement the settings and alerts needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have loved the Jiminny alerts, which point me in the right direction regarding coaching our team or when to engage clients. I am still working to fine-tune these alerts to ensure I am spending time on the right deliverables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is helping our team with coaching and problem solving for reps. It is also helping us analyze client communication to understand where risks present themselves that may be missed or understated by a sales or client success rep.
Easy to use, really helpful and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
The automation and ease of use. The way Jiminny is automatically added to my calls so I don't need to worry about the admin of it saves me so much time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime, for a reason I don't know, Jiminny will be present in a call but won't actually record and save, saying "error". I've had this only a few times but when it happens it's really annoying as you assumed everything was working fine but now don't have access to the recording
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is recording my conversations, which allows me to remeber the conversations I had, questions that were asked and actions that were agreed. It makes me feel safe knowing the recording will be available after to store elements of conversation I might forget or misunderstand. Ultimately this helps me to be more confident in my role and be better at client support.
