Fast, Easy Customer Call Tracking with Helpful Notes
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me track recordings of customer calls and quickly get descriptions and notes for each one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes an hour to process short meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer tracking satisfaction, as I am easily able to track the information from the call.

Fast AI Summaries, but Finding Specific Calls Can Be Tricky

I like how the AI can quickly summarise the key points in the discussions

It can be quite hard to find specific calls, however I think this is more of an internal tagging on our end.

The ability to analyse calls quickly
Great for Call Reviews, Coaching, and Spotting Risks and Strengths
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool for reviewing calls and identifying areas for improvement. As a lead, it’s really useful for coaching and providing feedback, and it makes it much easier for me to spot both risk areas and strengths.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any comments on this yet, as I’m still very early in using the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of a rep. The AI tool and prompts help us create responses and build a clear flow. It also allows the rep to gain insight into their approach and identify specific areas for improvement.
Reliable Overall Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The software is really nice and gives a clear overview of what was discussed during calls. The meeting insights are very useful, and it’s great to be able to share them with your contacts after the call. It is also possible to connect Jiminny with your CRM system. The support service of Jiminny is also really helpfull. They answer quickly and always look for the right solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are still some issues and bugs that lead to meetings not being recorded or connected to the wrong colleague.

Jimniny helps me stay fully focused on my customers and the topics we’re discussing, without having to multitask or take notes at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Jiminny for recording my calls with customers because it allows me to focus more during meetings without having to take notes at the same time. I really like the AI overview it provides after the call and the next steps points it gives, which help me write my account updates for my manager. The initial setup was pretty easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would love to see is in the search functionality. When you're looking for something in the on-demand calls, it would be really helpful if you could search through all of a certain customer's recordings for specific keywords or topics.

I like that Jiminny works well for tracking calls and find it especially useful for training purposes. I really enjoyed the customer service I received from Stoyan, who was responsive and professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, how easy it is to use while still being super powerful. Jiminny just gets sales conversations and turns them into insights you can actually do something with. The dashboards are clean, it’s not clunky, and you don’t need to be a data nerd to understand what’s going on. It makes coaching and improving feel natural instead of forced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, to be honest. Like any tool with a lot of features, it takes a bit of time to explore everything, but the onboarding and support are solid so it’s not a big deal. Once you’re up and running, it’s smooth sailing.

Jiminny solves the problem of not really knowing what’s happening on sales calls. Instead of guessing, you get real insights straight from conversations. That means better coaching, more confident forecasting, and stronger execution across the team. Bottom line: reps improve faster, managers coach smarter, and deals move forward with less friction.
Quick, Reliable, Easy Call Notes That Simplify Follow-Ups and Proposals
What do you like best about the product?
It's quick, reliable, ease of use - good for follow-up's and proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be slow to process post call activity notes however the support team are quick and efficient with speedy response. Call notes sometimes are not accurate 100% and picks up notes from wrong person however majority of time this works great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend less admin time writing call notes and proposals, and it also includes handy follow-up activities and tasks to keep things moving.

I use Jiminny for CRM tracking and call logging, and I really appreciate the action items and accountability steps. They improve the customer service experience. The notetaker feature is particularly valuable to me as it allows me to focus more on the call without worrying about making fast and accurate notes. The initial setup was very smooth, which was a pleasant surprise.

I think load speeds could be faster. It typically takes around 30 minutes for a 15-minute call to load.
