Excellent to listen back to calls of CS reps and getting good summaries
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to listen back to calls of CS reps with clients. It highlights key topics and summarizes conversations effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's optimized for sales, not so much for CS. I'd love if the platform differentiated between the 2 roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Discovering and summarizing coversations between our Customer Success managers and our clients. It helps to record, transcribe and to an extent summarize those calls.

Helpful tool for keeping track with history
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use once properly set up. Using it daily for recording of calls and listening/reading transcripts.
The integration with HubSpot is decent. Needed to fiddle with it at the start, but once set up it works seemlessly.
Documentation is sometimes not so great, but talking via chat with Customer Support usually helps (not always though).
Sharing of (snippets) recordings, and the exportable transcripts.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets out of sync with other systems and stop working. Also some numbers seems to be not accessible for some reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing first hand information with other colleagues via sharing a recording. Keeping track with long lasting conversations spanning over multiple calls.

Lauren is a superstar, recently joined a company and was a big gong fan.

Automatically joins meetings which saves a lot of time. Accurate in terms of transcribing and summary which makes it reliable vs writing the notes myself. Overall really ease to use interface and so easy to find past meetings for review.

I really like the AI functionality and the summary section on calls which takes time to do manually

the analytics can be difficult to filter at times

Jiminny is very user friendly and the interface is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, despite Jiminny being present on a call, the recodring doesn't transpire.

Jiminny's notes and intelligence functions are great for finding information you may have missed during a call.

Allows for focus on the conversation at hand wihotu needing to write down notes whilst talking.

Needs a record of when/whom you asked for coaching
