Effortless Meeting Management with Reliable Recording and Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use Jiminny every day for all my meetings, and I really appreciate that it automatically records each session. This feature helps prevent the common mistake of forgetting to hit the record button at the start. I also find the transcripts and the task summaries provided at the end of each meeting extremely helpful, as they make it much easier for me to recall what was discussed. Additionally, my experiences with Jiminny's support team have been very positive—they resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. The sidekick feature is also convenient, allowing me to easily invite it to join a call if, for any reason, it doesn't join automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that it announces its presence only after the call has already begun and I am already speaking. This timing feels disruptive and makes the experience less smooth for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny has made my daily tasks much easier, especially since I frequently need to share recordings of my meetings with customers. With Jiminny, I can do this effortlessly, and it also offers valuable insights into how I conduct my meetings, thanks to its coaching features.
Good Features, But Recording Processing Is Slower
What do you like best about the product?
The AI summary does an okay job at capturing details from the call
What do you dislike about the product?
The timing of the recordings being processed is taking longer than previous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was solving the issue of getting my follow ups out in a more timely manner but that is no longer the case recently
User Friendly Call Recording
What do you like best about the product?
I have found that their support team responds quickly and is always helpful, willing to go the extra mile to assist. In addition, the platform itself is user-friendly, and the AI recommendations are a powerful tool for any CSM looking to save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I get the impression that the platform leans heavily toward a sales-oriented approach. Additionally, I would appreciate it if their email reports offered more features and improvements, especially when it comes to the information provided via email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The app offers useful features such as note-taking, call recording, and email follow-up. These tools help me stay organized and ensure I don't miss important details.
Intuitive Design and Support, Minor Search Improvements Needed
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other platforms I have used, I really like the design and functionality, it's super simple to use and quick and easy for the team to pick up. You can tell it was built with sales people and the user in mind. The team are really helpful and responsive, from sales through to CS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some of the search/filtering functionality could be better when you're trying to find specific calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have visibility over team calls and spotting areas for improvement and coaching. With the AI functionality it has sped up the sales cycles where teams are able to create follow up comms, create call summaries for prospects at the click of a button.
Great for Viewing Colleagues' Videos, But Confusing to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to view other collogues videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't know how to work it. Some videos will show up on my account when others dont and I dont know why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can go back and review videos.
Great Meeting Tracker with Helpful AI, easy an accurate notes
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great company to use for tracking your meetings. It joins automatically and includes an AI assistant that helps summarize your notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a big fan of the sidekick pop up, the main browser is much better to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool reduces the amount of administrative time required in my day and helps ensure that we capture accurate notes, which in turn supports better customer engagement.
Jiminny Sets the Bar for all other call intel software
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing tool with incredible features that are beyond helpful - AI that is very intelligent indeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI is a little off at times - like all AI responses, these need to be checked before sending but that is to be expected. Other than that, only issue is that it is too good and I will never be able to use any other similar software as the bar has been set too high with Jiminny.

Very good! Love the AI feature that saves time in writing follow up emails and action items. Best part is you can save your own prompts!

The sidekick extension does not work very well.

Its helping us improve the quality of our calls by providing custom coaching. Saving a lot of time and effort.

The actions provided following a call and the AI follow-up email

Nothing- The only issues I have is that our customers names don't pull through however I feel that is due to the set up on our end

I can now concentrate on adding value to my calls rather than making notes
Solid System
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jiminny is how easy it makes it to review and learn from calls. It helps our team quickly identify what’s working, where we can improve, and how to coach more effectively. The integration with our CRM and the ability to share call snippets also make collaboration seamless and save a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcription accuracy can be off, especially with background noise or multiple speakers, which makes reviewing notes a bit slower. A smoother sync or shorter delay between call completion and availability for review would also help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny helps us review client calls so we can better understand how prospects respond to our HR and Health & Safety solutions. It lets us track objections, improve messaging around compliance support, and coach our team to have more meaningful, consultative conversations with businesses.
