Great Customer Support

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to snippet parts of the recording video to relay to colleagues and clients. I also like the user friendly platform itself - easy to navigate and find what you're looking for! The customer support team is also very friendly and easy to talk to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the recordings are lost due to the notetaker malfuctioning!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to centralize all recordings in one place across the whole org.

Sometimes the data may take long too show

Great platform to improve calls

What do you like best about the product?
The summary of a call provided after each call is great as it saves a lot of time listening back to the whole call to find key info.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, the time it takes for a call to log and the info provided about a call is a bit long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives me tips on how to improve on calls and also provides me with a constant update to discuss key things.

What do you like best about the product?
good note taker, captures meeting highlights very well and matches the tone in the follow up

Learning curve from switching from a different note taker can be challenging

Solving the problem of taking extensive notes for every client call and crafting follow up messages after.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jiminny is that the system is super easy to use and it is very reliable!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Jiminny would recognize the language of the meeting on its own without having to change the language manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny helps me look back on my meetings and catch points and information that I may have missed!

What do you like best about the product?
the transcriptions, the customer service who is very performant !
What do you dislike about the product?
The translations system : it's a shame we cannot translate a transcription esily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being pushy for example : I am not enough pusky on the end of my demos to push the client to try our product.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that there is so much more to Jiminny than call recording and transcripts. The Ai driven features make prepping for and following up on calls a breeze. Specifically, the pre-drafted follow up emails are a massive time saver. When moving from back to back meetings and using any spare time for follow up, this gives me a template and reminder of what is most important for follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truthfully, I haven't found any downsides yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is a major time saver and also helps me with accuracy in my role. It saves time by transcribing my notes, drafting follow up, and helps me recall previous conversations that have not been top of mind in months.

What do you like best about the product?
When chatting to clients all the time, it is impossible to rememeber so many details and conversations. It is great to be able to check something you said, to ensure you did your job right, and be able to pick up conversations where you left off

What do you like best about the product?
The Call Summart and Action points that are sent after the call - allows me to concentrate and be present in the meeting without having to take notes
The Customer Support Team have also been brilliant with any queries that I have had and have always got back to me really quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found it doesn't always summarise everything but using the the note take on the sidebar has helped
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call summarising and note taking is covered which means I am able to be more present during the call - the actions points that are sent after are also a huge help.

Really helpful tool and great training

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI tool which collates everything you discussed on a call into your follow up. This saves so much time and makes it easier to tailor moving forward as the bulk is done for you. It's also really helpful that the toll syncs up tp my calendar so all my calls automatically get Jiminny added. Chloe who did our training was really thorough and super engaged thoughout and even when I needed customer support yesterday they were really quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It didn;t sync right away to my diary and so i needed to use client supports help but it was rectified really quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving as the AI follow up has been really handy and being able to just go back and listen to calls to make sure you have the right insight. Really helpful on possible harder calls as can learn from them.
