What do you like best about the product?
I like that Contentsquare helps us find areas of improvement that are easy to fix, which is really useful. It assists in improving the customer journey and ultimately results in better conversion rates. The initial setup of Contentsquare was pretty easy, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a long time to get started. Gathering snapshots can be really frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Contentsquare to find errors in the customer journey and improve UX, which enhances our conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Contentsquare because it helps me see how customers interact and where they click, which means I don't have to assume their behavior. Seeing actual customer click rates and conversion is really valuable as it helps me focus on where to spend our efforts and time effectively.

Sometimes I find it hard to understand if the sample size is big enough to draw conclusions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Contentsquare is easy to use yet provides really in-depth analysis. This allows me to make evidence-backed decisions in my role as a UX designer, which is invaluable. Additionally, I find it useful for seeing drop-off points and areas of friction, which helps me look into member journeys effectively.

I struggle with the logic set up, especially when understanding the drop-downs like 'equal to' etc.
