Very good experience with Exavault
What do you like best about the product?
Very happy with my experience with ExaVault - quick support when needed (rarely) and service has been rock solid!
What do you dislike about the product?
Price has gone up, but I still feel its a good value.

The system has come leaps and bounds since we first signed up.
Creating users is a breeze, and the web hooks makes life simpler for automation processes.

We can't do multiple random folder access for a user, it has to be one home folder or multiple usernames.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes delivery of time sensitive files a breeze and the email notifications are life savers.

It's easy to setup and use. I don't have worry about managing servers.

I don't feel like anything is missing from Exavault

Having to logon to site then to FTP portal is a little cumbersome

This product can be used for Comprehensive Logging And Statistics Engine. This will let you View Activity At a Glance. Support for FTP, SFTP, FTPS and FTP-SSL. Access Via Your Preferred Protocol.

Nothing specific to dislike about Exavault cloud ftp product.

This is great product and easy to use.
It's seamless and issues are dealt with swiftly

2FA features doesn't work reliably. I had to take it off.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, accessible by employees and customers alike. Both web login and FTP login work well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upload speed appears to be throttled when using larger files.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it was easy to set up and it took out the human element of people having to do this process manually.

I have not found anything that I dislike about this product at this time.

We needed a secure transfer process to easily move PHI between 2 separate entities.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access and quick ability to setup SFTP accounts for externals to use.
Also the stability of the system is amazing, not a single issue or outage since we signed up years ago.

Nothing, im a happy customer. I suppose more access to extra accounts so I can run more on my current plan would be nice.

It allows me to set up easy external file sharing with clients or for them to share files with us.
I setup our system for long term file sharing and it takes the hassle out of hosting the service ourselves on an internal server.

I highly recommend it for taking the hassle out of running your own SFTP system. They made it so quick and easy.
