Vendor refund policy
Customers may cancel their account at any time either via the service, or by e-mail sent to support@exavault.com from a site admin. A refund is only provided for new customers who cancel within ninety (90) days of initiating service; they will receive a full refund, less any overages or excess Usage (to which they remain responsible to pay). No refund will be granted if requested more than 30 days after the cancellation, or if ExaVault determines that a customer breached the Terms & Conditions.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

Usage instructions
Connect to the appliance via your VM console or SSH on port 10022. Run the bootstrap command to configure the secondary disk and start the administrative portal sudo exavaultctl -o bootstrap --device <device> (default: /dev/nvme1n1). Access the Appliance Manager by navigating to https://<your-appliance-ip-or-hostname>:9002/ in a web browser and to configure the appliance IP, Domain, and certificate. You may encounter a security warning due to the unconfigured SSL certificate. Then, run sudo exavaultctl -o start using SSH to startup the appliance to login with the default credentials of administrator and password.
