Professional, Powerful and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Exavault Cloud FTP is a professional, powerful and reliable cloud SFTP platform that is easy to navigate and get up and running with little to no knowledge of such technologies. It is exactly what our company needed in a cloud SFTP platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Exavault FTP meets the majority of our needs we wish it had an automated push or upload to an Amazon S3 bucket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a simple yet powerful SFTP cloud solution to allow 3rd party vendors and clients a safe and secure place to upload files to the could.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can't find a better cloud SFTP service for the money.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to manage and use. Very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
confusing subscription plans. Cannot add more users than 25 (or 50 with the most expensive plan).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making file sharing easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very easy and quick to set up. No formal training is required.
ExaVault Cloud Review
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and features of ExaVault Cloud FTP set the software above others. Secure FTP with access to SSH Keys have provided us with all we need to automate services for our clients and their order fulfillment with our warehouse partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. The cost of the system has unfortunately gone up as many services have in the last few years. The per user cost can become an issue with some of our smaller clients that want multiple users with different access to the folder structure for their integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation for Order Fulfillment with multiple warehouse partners and systems. Keeping real-time data flowing between systems that are not connected via APIs at this time.
Great product for a specific need
What do you like best about the product?
Exavault cloud FTP came along right when we needed it. It provides safe and secure SFTP for our business needs and I did not have to deal with setting up an internal SFTP server.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this product. It meets our needs and has other features that we make good use of while servicing our customers. We are happy with this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our payroll department required an SFTP service to safely and securely exchange payroll and insurance data with other organizations. This tool makes that possible and it is cloud-based.

You should be able to have different permission control sets on the same set of files on the sftp server.

We were a data startup, and needed a quick, secure SFTP server. exavault allowed us to skip our own development and support for SFTP services.

ExaVault Is a Great, But Upcoming Increase in Pricing to $100+ Per Month Is Causing Me to Leave
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to set-up FTP and SFTP workflows in a variety of ways
What do you dislike about the product?
The upcoming increase in cost. I just don't need all the features or storage offered at the least expensive plan option, and that option is way too expensive for what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to securely send and store files that are important to my company's business. It saves the time it would take to download reports and manually save them to their proper location.

Helpful product that offers a secure way to send and store files via FTP or SFTP.

The fact that it's not free, but then again you get what you pay for

What do you like best about the product?
consistant, stable and they company keeps you up to date of any changes. They pricing has been very stable over the many years we have used this service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that stands out. Exavault has always been very helpful and a solid product.

Offsite storage of data
It's a great service but the price is a little much.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very dependable and very fast if your internet is fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Price was very reasonable, but just recently went up 1000%.

We don't have to have an FTP locally.
Missing previews of pictures / video
What do you like best about the product?
We are missing a preview when you create a link. It's important for me that the preview link have previews of pictures and video. Now it's on in the admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing preview. When I send out the link, the costumer needs to download everything to see it. Please fix it :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not much, really. The preview is a big thing.
