Excellent Plaform and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of Exavault, not only is it easy for me to use its easy for my clients to access files and upload also.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues at all with Exavault and can not fault it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It meets my regulatory requirements around data security and gives our clients confidence that we take our responsibilities seriously
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should definitely consider Exavault for your Data storage and transfer needs. It has high levels of security, its easy to use and we find it very cost effective.
Very solid platform and has made a difference in our security of transfers and accessibility.

The ability to insure our SFTP transfers are secure and ease of implementation

Would like to access shares as a folder in Windows.

Saves a great deal of time. what used to take several man hours per night is now automated because of the API.

Efficient communications, great support and modern functionality, even in an ages-old technology.

Nothing to remark. Maybe the administration console could be improved.

We are asynchronously updating labels installed in deep-sea fishing and processing vessels.

Just try it out... it's a no-brainer.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use all around. The web interface is extremely easy to but I also love that fact that I can also use an FTP manager for more advanced users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is not being able to set a timeframe that doesn't expire. Many times I will have to reactivate our vendor links because they have been expired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to send files to media companies who need a web link to download creative files for media placement but also allow individual users at their companies upload an asset for us if needed as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ExaVault is a great tool with plenty of features. I use many paid services in my job, but ExaVault is one of the few that allows me the options to support users of non-technical expertise to more advanced users. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a cloud FTP option.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up new users through the UI is very easy. We could migrate our entire file-sharing service in less than a day. We could also integrate it with our DNS. When reviewing other options, exaVault was the one meeting and exceeding our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging usage issues has proven to be a difficult task since the number of total transactions doesn't match the data from the session logs. They've lately restructured their billing plans, which doesn't include one that fits our volume of transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having difficulties managing the SFTP service on a Linux-based server. It will work for some users and others not. We'll end up using FTP with plain text passwords for those users. Through exaVault, we can create new users real fast and securely.
Great Cloud FTP Provider
What do you like best about the product?
Small company feel that takes care of their customers. They're constantly evolving the product and improving things. They've even reached out a few times to gather feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not fully customizable and some of the account limits for pricing plans create steep cliffs rather than being able to purchase simple add-ons (like additional SSH keys).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Exavault for secure file transfer between our customers and ourselves. The webhooks were recently upgraded and we use them fully to pickup and process our files in our systems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have straightforward use cases and don't want the hassle of setting up and maintaining your own FTP server and endpoints, ExaVault is an excellent solution.

The price is pretty higher for the usage.

Really not solving any problem. just need a secure data tranfer between us and some clients.

Setup is straightforward and quick. Interface is simple and intuitive, and the pricing is excellent.

I have not had any issues or found anything to dislike.

I was looking for a way to receive and share files with multiple vendors. Able to get the service setup and running quickly as soon as it was needed.
