The exavault service is easy to use and setup.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, simplicity of setting up SFTP and sharing files between users.
What do you dislike about the product?
SSH keys can be a little tricky to convert and upload, but support is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been an Exavault customer for over 10 years. As a Transcription and Software provider, we find their platform simple, with a UI that is intuitive and customizable. Our clients and their medical/legal providers find the platform consistently reliable and easy to use. Their support is unmatched, quick to respond and personal, even though they have thousands of users. I know that if I have an issue, they will respond immediately. This is critical to our business and they fully understand that. They have the power and services of most huge competitors, at half the cost and with unrivaled support. I highly recommend Exavualt to any business where file transfer and automation are essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have absolutely no complaints or criticism of Exavault at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily offering both web and ftp client capability allows my clients to provide individual user access with multiple access options/permissions.
This provides the ability for both transcription providers and their physicians or attorneys to allow various staff members with critical access to documents and audio files. Email notifications and file sharing are also a huge advantage to my clients.

ExaVault Works Great
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Very easy to use and set up. Have never had any issues with anyone being able to login, upload/download files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to allow a single user access to multiple "home" drives. While they can have multiple folders, if they are in the same "tree branch" they are not able to have two different branches. ex. Can do abc\xyz & abc\123 you cannot do abc\xyz and 789\456 for home directories.

Helps us to securely exchange files with vendors.

Easy setup, but security is most valuable.

Change of pricing plan and lack of technical support.

We need a secure environment outside our office where we can share data.
Confidence inspiring interface and performance
What do you like best about the product?
When we began using Exavault, ensuring the data was getting to the intended recipients was of the utmost importance. Tools included minimize any questions about whether notifications were sent or transmissions were completed. File exchange has become a simple routine. Support has been excellent, and, most recently, due to subscription plan reconfiguration, live help from an Exavault representative helped us find the best plan at the least cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the file storage area interface were more WIndows-like. I like to keep data organized and think I could do that more efficiently without learning a new interface. Lazy? For sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As stated above, the transfer of files has become routine. The logging of file access has made it easy to follow up with questions regarding what was accessed, and when.

the best part of ExaVault access controlling is, This tool has both sides of access control. this is very user friendly.

dislike:- If we will be given read-only access to someone of any data and data was in encrypted like zip, then the user is not able to access it.

In today's world, it is imperative for small businesses like mine to safeguard the personal information of Clients. Exavault makes it easy to safeguard the private information of my clients. ExaVault eliminates more headaches than Tylenol!

ExaVault makes it easy to protect the information we transfer online.

It allows our field workers to easily share photos, forms, and other items from surveys with others.

There's nothing I can think of. Overall we've been very satisfied.
