Effective for Automation with Room for UI Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I am using Oxylabs for managing my automation workflows and social media accounts. I find it solves many problems for me like speed and efficiency. I like the interface because it is easy to use. The plans are also suitable for me, and the setup now feels better compared to in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope they improve the interface. When I was a beginner and needed a proxy, I logged in to Oxylabs, but it was a little complicated. I think the development team should record a video or upload it to YouTube explaining how beginners can buy and manage their proxies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Oxylabs has improved speed and efficiency for my automation workflows and social media management, plus offers affordable plans.

I think reducing the cost for GB Data for Static IP would make it more seamless to browse without worrying about low bandwidth.

The quality IPs ensure my access isn't disrupted, and the performance means I can get the needed data on time. The geo-targeting lets me gather locally relevant insights, and the dashboard gives me full control over costs. It has helped my website growth and optimization and has been a game changer. With the resources provided and assistance from support, it was pretty straightforward and simple to set up initially.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't faced any significant issues with Oxylabs. I did have an initial setup issue with a very peculiar use case, but the support worked me through. A specific blog page for this particular use case would be nice and serve as an easy access to anyone in need.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Oxylabs primarily for scraping, and it solves the problem of blocking by hiding my IP, which helped a lot. I like everything about Oxylabs, but specifically, I appreciate the IP rotation feature, which is crucial for unblocking websites. The initial setup was very easy and best, which made the transition smooth when we switched from Scraper API. I'm very satisfied with Oxylabs and would highly recommend it, rating it a 10 out of 10.

Ease of implementation & no need to commit until you are sure it meets your requirements
What do you like best about the product?
The free trial provided more than enough access to understand the api and ensure that it would meet my requirements. Implementation was straight forward, and I didn't feel pressured to convert to a paid plan until I had completed enough testing to ensure that my use case would be fully supported. As someone who will have variable requirements from month to month, the different tiers and spend limits really work well for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to fault. The web scraper performs exactly as I needed, and Oxylabs solved a specific problem at a far fairer price point than other solutions I had previously investigated and ruled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using the web scraper. I was finding that hand-rolled solutions were frequently getting blocked, and alternatives were either too technically time consuming to manage, too expensive, or were unreliable.

I love the simple, clear, and pleasant-to-use dashboard of Oxylabs. The proxies, especially the datacenter ones I use, are fast and work perfectly. The dashboard adds value by making it easy to measure our traffic consumption and quickly find what we're looking for. Low-latency proxies are essential for my use, and without Oxylabs, I would have had reduced performance. Additionally, the initialization of Oxylabs is very simple thanks to a very comprehensive tutorial and guide.
What do you dislike about the product?
I might leave the option for the user, when they are entitled to a trial period, to choose the geographical area of the proxies they want to test; currently, it seems to be only US.
