What do you like best about the product?
I find Oxylabs straightforward to use and they offer great services for a reasonable price. The initial setup was really easy, I would rate it a 2 out of 10 in terms of difficulty. I'm also likely to recommend Oxylabs to a friend or colleague.

More examples in docs might be useful

I use Oxylabs for getting clean IP addresses and dealing with geoblocking.

Ease of use and quality. The variety of products/services is wide for every use case.

The entry point sub is kinda expensive, if you are only eval it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Oxylabs is not too confusing and feels beginner-friendly, making it easy to navigate. The transparent pricing is a big plus, and the support resources seem strong. The dashboard is easy to understand, and the way the prices and plans are broken down properly helps to avoid confusion. I also appreciate that the prices are cheaper and more affordable compared to the sites I've used in the past.

Some ip maybe blocked by certain service

I switched to Oxylabs for cheaper residential proxies. It offers a beginner-friendly interface with transparent pricing, unlike my previous provider, Bright Data, which was expensive and confusing.

Fast Proxies, Easy Integration, but Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I use Oxylabs' proxies in my Python code to access websites, and I like how quick it is and that it allows me to access websites from 10 different endpoints. The low latency is a big plus for me. I also find it easy to connect thanks to good documentation, which makes integrating proxies into my code straightforward. The initial setup was easy too.

Seamless Integration with ZimmWriter Enhances Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with ZimmWriter. The process is straightforward and makes my experience much smoother.

I find it difficult to figure out what is causing the errors that appear on the dashboards.

Frustrating Support, Easy Setup and Unreliable Product
What do you like best about the product?
It was pretty easy to get started with Oxylabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a lot of issues with Oxylabs. Their customer support is one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered. They say they'll respond to emails in 15 minutes, but my support request took hours to get a reply. It seems like they're not actually reading my emails because they keep asking me to repeat information I've already provided. Their products have been unreliable for me. I was testing them out with a client, but due to these issues, I can't use it with other clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using Oxylabs for proxies, but encountered lots of issues. Customer support is poor, with delayed and unhelpful responses. The initial setup was easy, but ongoing reliability and support issues have caused me to look for another provider.

Affordable and Quality Proxies with Smooth Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Oxylabs for proxies and VPS, which provides both static and rotating IPs that I need. I shortlisted it really well, and it stood out as the best, being affordable and of good quality. It's lovable in my setup, especially since I integrate it with Lovable, a vibe coding tool. My CTO found the setup quite straightforward, which helped with the initial setup process even though I found it a bit hard being non-technical.

As a non-technical person, the initial setup was a bit harder for me, but my CTO was able to figure it out quite quickly.

Unmatched Accuracy and Results with Oxylabs

accuracy is wonderful. The results we are obtaining using oxylabs is incomparable with other platforms

some of new features specially AI based features, are not totally functional as expected. However, it is fair to say still in development processes
