What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can explore software to advance your career and business. The customer service is superior and you will never leave unhappy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think about right now. But what could help is more marketing videos about who G2 is to the customer via email. Sometimes, having words to read along with the video is refreshing. Just an idea! I like forward-thinking, and it could reach a new market for younger generations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It connects all my software for advancement! Making it super easy for me to navigate through Google Drive and similar software.

What do you like best about the product?
The survey gets right to the point and clearly defines the service you are writing about whithout giving a long drawn out process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about the service.

G2 lets us know what clients are thinking when they use our services and we can adjust accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
The reviewing UI is clean and I am more likely to trust reviews that take longer and are properly vetted as opposed to other, mass-review sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be time consuming to sort through the information, both as a reviewer and a researcher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 provides a reliable croudsourced perspective when researching new software.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the interface works and how it helps to implement new software in your business making your you will have the support you need to use it daily because you have a great customer support for different escenarios. The different characteristics that this platform use is very nice. You can defitinitelly use it every sing day to find out trending information of the software you're interested in.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that much that I don't like about this service. Pretty much it has all what you need. You can use it without that much of hassle/

Whenever we need information about any particular software we can count on G2 to find out details about it.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it is an extremely useful tool. what I like the most is the way it helps us to connect with the creators of the apps and it is a way to help us as users and them as developers.

It is very friendly to use and has amazing customer support that helps you through the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing I can think of as of now, it has been very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us as users connect with the apps developers, this way we can let them know what is working and what is not. Sometimes us as users, we don't know how to reach out to the developers or people working with the apps.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to both access information and impart info on G2. Customer support has always been excellent. I use it on occasion when I need to access infor about a software that my organization may purchase

Sometimes a product has not yet been reviewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
whethere or not to purchase a software. G2 provides me with =both the pros and cons of these systems (as relayed by actual users).

I'm not able to consistently compare alternatives.

A must-have for tool in the marketing tech stack

What do you like best about the product?
1. Intent data from G2 is an essential part of our outbound strategy. Also the rich context (product and place visited, history, buying stage, etc.) and additional information provided (relevant people to reach out, Bombora intent topics, etc.) help us finetune our outbound strategy and make it more actionable

2. Real-time Slack alerts are helpful (profile and pricing page visits)—helps us quickly action on them

3. Excellent customer experience right from onboarding to customer success. The CSM is always quick to respond even during this holiday season. He truly tries to solve problems and meet requirements—be it soliciting more reviews from our customers or maximizing our use of the platform. Also, his emails with new feature releases are very helpful and actionable
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been a very good experience so far. One call out is that some feature asks (e.g, more granularity in what Slack notifications are sent) took a very long time to be implemented (>9 months). This was an essential for the Slack notifications be useful for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is absolutely essential for our outbound strategy and a key part of marketing tech stack. The data they provide has many many uses - from demand gen to churn prevention

Some times it hard to understand some aspects of use of the person who give the feedback. I think more context will be helpfull.
