What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use and the review set up encourages users to truly consider what is/is not helpful. The platform is also pretty straight to the point and never overwhelmed with too many questions that make you want to quit half way through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the platform is pretty straight forward, some reviews may not emcompass a whole experience. Requiring a section for comments on reviews may be useful to allow individuals to get a full picture.

A little overwhelming at times, so many things to dig through that it can make your head spin. Not necessarily a negative, definitely touches a lot of areas in the software world.
