G2 has allowed us to share honest thoughts from people worldwide, and they target and focus on the opinions of people who have had real experiences.
Although I have not searched for anything to review on my own, just responding to the emails being sent to me asking me to review different products, even then, I can see that they have worked on the ease of use for the reviewer, added the sort of questions that a non-user might not be able to answer. Everything is integrated so that the reviewer does not have to spend too much time sharing their opinion on the target product.
