G2 is easy to use and very helpful when looking for other people's feedback on softwares you looking to also use. It gives a way to find which softwares are best for each individual person's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
G2 doesn't always have the correct softwares you might be looking for and some others feedbacks may not be as elaborate as someone might like for them to be. Some information that other people give as their feedback when they use the softwares may not be completely relevant to another's need to know bases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps me find the software that is right for my needs at the time I need it. G2 also has a great number of reviews from others that help learn things about the different softwares. I can find which softwares is right for me to use when I need a certain type of software.

I really see nothing I dislike. So Far - I just wish there was a chat option, so that users/developers could chat back and forth

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my day to day life, it helps mostly prevent purchase overlapping products for a similar task. We may have the customer care team using a CRM tool and the sales team using a different one. Through G2 we are able to harmonize and review these two and find that only one tool is relevant hence avoiding an overlap.
