It provides feedback and reviews on different softwares from actual and verified users. You know they are legitimate and verified because they ask reviewers for proof and verification during the review process

They are very strict on reviews that even verified and legit users of certain tools are having a hard time getting reviews approved. This could be a good thing but could also mean that a lot of reviews do not get in and it could matter to some users
