The reward for what you know about the techincal products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. It is perfect. But reward may be reimbursed early.

Is to reviewing other products for other user to know about the product and its use and how good it is compare to other similar products.

G2 assists companies in finding, evaluating, purchasing, and administering the software required to realise their full potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes they don’t allow certain format of a document to be saved or exported/imported and then they always make me go into Google word or XL not the Microsoft versio
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had the opportunity to review on G2 yesterday. I was able to visit the website and complete the review thanks to an email I found. And I received a reward today. Every step is simple. I have utilised a lot of other complex platforms that lead to nowhere, but g2 is straightforward, focused, and easy to use.
Most authentic platform to verify products credibility.
What do you like best about the product?
It's one of the most authentic platform for software listing, for finding right software with user reviews which is very important. I will and do recommend G2 to anyone who is looking for softwares/ tools for themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would suggest them to improve their account making profile editing options. It's very difficult to edit profile information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is actually and literally solving problem of finding right tool for many people like me who are not technical my nature and education.

I liked how easy it is to use and how you have different sections to rate each part.

I do not like the fact that I had to use my business email in order to set up an account.

I like the most the new projects coming up in g2.com trying to learn from that softwares and also complare them.

Nothing to dislike about the firm only one thing is that if someone won't use the ai still the system keep refusing the review no matter it is genuinely fill up

What do you like best about the product?
IIT allows the users to provide detailed reviews and ratings for the particular software or services. Also they are publishing the reviews its helps for the new users to know the service and easy to apporach. Community , Interaction is very healthy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software and services updates are changes day by day. so the review may outdated. so the users can't get the current status of the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In Traditional marketing method software vendors often lack transparency and some time biased. It makes difficult for users or buyers to trust. G2 is very transparent to providing a authentic and user generated reviews and ratings, It allows individuals and businesses to access unbiased and real-world insights into software and services.
My thoughts about the G2.com
What do you like best about the product?
G2.com is an online platform created for the review of softwares and online platfomrs. It is a fantastic platform for sofware developers to get their sotfware reviewed by the people who are intended users and give their honest reflection about how the software is working for them. It provides an ease of use and ease of implementation. The customer support is super fantasitic, it is readily available when you need, the turn around time is quick. They dont leave issues unresolved. They dont stop until an issue is resolved. This platform provides a number of features that are user friendly and ease of integration to other online platforms and systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am thoroughly impressed with G2.com and dont have stuff that I don like. The platform is impressive and superduper fantastic.

Extensive platform with positive support experience
What do you like best about the product?
We love our Relationship Manager Charlie and Customer Success Manager Rachel. Their support really helped us to get things going quickly. The 6-month and 1-year reviews were helpful to see how far we have gone and to create strategies for the coming year. The CS structure has changed a little bit; we hope that it won't affect the relationship with G2 going forward.
The platform itself is also very good, quite extensive and a lot of options. We integrate it with our HubSpot to keep track of form submissions on G2.

The tool is super extensive, so it takes a while to really understand how things work and take advantage of all the features available. The analytics can be a bit of a mystery.
