I recently checked out G2 with some friend's reference and found it too usable to check reviews of any SAAS product, we can check the products and genuine reviews of the users, even we can even compare the competitors and choose the best among them

nothing to dislike, its all often great platform to SAAS based products for B2B platforms

I first visited here to review the product but then I checked it out more deeply and found very useful while choosing any SAAS product in market, its great usable platform for business.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has made the choice of services so much better and easier for people to compare. The ease of implementation makes it makes it best for a comparative result and choice. Number of features provided to shortlist what is best suited for your you is the beats and easiest integration done for the customers. Also, good customer support has helped in inccreasing the frequency of usage as sharing the platform for the same is more.

Honestly, everything is made really user friendly. If anything, customer support is there to assisst.

Though you may have a long list of tools, i hope in the futre it would be more easier if the system would recommend bassed on your profiles or expriences related to you job or carrer

What do you like best about the product?
I get to see all the new software in the market, what the current pricing trend is, what are the discounts shared and what customers have to say. I get alot of data on my leads as well

Some tools (usually new ones and the "just established" ones) do not have any reviews so depending on G2 Market Intelligence all the time is not advisable.
The new ones with reviews have very few reviews so it again makes it hard when reviewing.

It stands as the one place users can leave reviews on tools and this is benefitting me alot when I have to research about new softwares and build competitive intelligence documents or battle cards. This also helps me understand my competitors salesing strategy by reading honest reviews from buyers. I also use Market Intelligence to enrich my lead data
