G2 powers businesses and buyers
What do you like best about the product?
I admire how well G2 has grown from what it began as, and given the resources, I would highly recommend it for any of my customers or clients while drilling deep into products or service providers. I mostly use it for comparisons and reviews; so far, the feature list comparisons are the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much at this point; a suggestion would be to identify more users of new platforms such that there are equivalent rating scores while drawing a comparison between the two products. It would also be great if we had a section to identify new players in the market and have them drawn up on a leaderboard of sorts, maybe like a magic quadrant sorts for new players!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Solves my need to have feature and product comparisons
2. The extensive feature list review of each product and business is great
3. I am happy to see there is also the inclusion of implementation, usage, onboarding, support, and costing, which are all considered when there is a comparison
4. How the tool suggests an alternative solution that can help me possibly replace my current stack is good.
5. I appreciate the prediction and suggestion capabilities and the new Monty AI bot!

What do you like best about the product?
So according to me G2.com gives the better insight and indept knowledge of products and their type.

Personally i dont feel like disliking this G2.com

Yea so whenever i got confused about the product details and their features, deals and many more. Exploring G2.com sorted out many queries not only on personal level but as per organisational perspective also.

What do you like best about the product?
It is allowing me to put my reviews on any app whether it is good or bad. It gives me the freedom to express my views on any app or technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we did not receive any notification about our reviews and have to wait for the reply from G2 team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can find the insights of different people on G2 about different applications and technologies which gives me knowledge of different apps. Also I can express my views on any app which gives me confidence to showcase my knowledge about technologies.
Reliable website with honest reviews
What do you like best about the product?
G2 is a reliable website where you can search for a companies, compare and read reviews from buiseness and self employees. Moreover, very interesting reward system that encourages to write more reviews and more interact with G2.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think is too long moderation. My review still moderate and I didn't get any email with approve or reject it. However, this means that the moderation is manual and it add value to every review about the company, I guess.

The expansive software market can be daunting, but G2 has emerged as a beacon, guiding users through reliable a genuine reviews.

G2.com is the largest and most reliable software marketplace in the world, assisting over 5 million individuals each month in making informed software decisions based on real peer reviews. So, in answer to your question, G2 reviews are legitimate. The reviews posted there are reliable.
I appreciate the way G2 works
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the first impression that is email from G2 asking for review it was clearly showing what we are reviewing. Second the forms are easy and have clear red star to see what is important and what is optional. The rating system is also easy. Its reward system is very useful. Everything works perfectly also while on mobile. I'll be using g2 daily. I think I used it for the first time yesterday.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike but, why G2 doesn't keep me logged in. yesterday I gave a review and I didn't logout but it asked me to login again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I yesterday got a chance to review on G2 I found an email that helped me come to the site and do the review. And today I got a reward. All the steps are easy. I have used many other platforms that are complicated and you end up going nowhere but g2 is clear and focused and straight and simple.
It is a well-designed platform, the result is always effective.

It is a well-designed platform, the result is always effective. The automations work very well and are "intelligent"; I believe there is a very attentive and prepared team behind it.

The search and comparison become a bit complicated. This aspect should be improvable.
