They are not allowing for use with AI tool. Ease of implementation and Customer Support services. Taking many time for frequency of use. Number of features are limited but okay for ease of integration. Ease of use hard for new people.

many times we need some updates software which can solve large size problems but we don't know about which software is more used full and all software are very costly so that decisions is very critical

This is possibly the only product or service which has reach to probably millions of users and users trust the source and rely on it.

During review of few products sometimes there is a lag in submission. But this is very rare.

G2 is very helpful in comparing softwares and getting the honest reviews for all the softwares and websites.Its UI interface is perfectly build and easy to use .As I am beginner in this feild G2 helps a lot to choose the right software.

It has only old softwares , finding reviews of a newly launched softwares on g2 is bit harder for us . But still It helps a lot .

It would be better if the review publishing days will be shorter. I think 3 weeks kind of long. Ive been using this for more than 1 year.

I purchase paid softwares after seeing the g2 reviews alone. And it's never failed me to give a money worth able softwares.
