What do you like best about the product?
I would say G2 is generous. I appreciate their effort to send me a message via LinkedIn if I want to give a review on different applications. It's easy, has various features, and I also get to discover these applications and help people part of these companies through reviews. Thank you G2. Keep up the good work.

Sometimes they don't approve my reviews... but it's okay. In my end, I just want to be honest based on my experience in using these applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the fact that I am discovering new platforms that I've never heard before. These applications are deemed useful and... when I am familiar with these products, I get to review them based on my experience. It helps companies to improve their products as well.

G2 is basically suggested by IT companies, so g2 needs to be grow more for marketing and industrial products.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is a really cool tool for comparing SAAS, working in this industry and getting to have your product reviewed in G2 does set THE benchmark. The industry is filled with people who are well-versed in the market, and being a beginner and using G2 for knowledge is very helpful. Love the interface on the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes finding reviews on newer tools becomes a bit hard, but that is what we can expect, right? So that is something we can find in G2, it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being an SDR in a SAAS company, letting a customer make a trivial decision on their next annual spending is what we deal with on a daily basis. Having a review on the tool that you are selling on G2 has made it quite easier for me to work with. I'm sure it is something people in this industry value. The UI is very intuitive, finding pricing, comparing the tool and making it easier for customers and the execs life easier.

Sometime some products are incorrectly classifieds or appears under two differents names with minor variation when they are the same software and/or solution.
