G2 is the best review platform.
What do you like best about the product?
To be very honest, I loved there rewarding process for every review. Its our hobby to review products which we like or dislike but they really give great rewards that motivates us to do more. The UI is awesome and user friendly. The overall platform of G2 I must say is awesome. Once you sign up for g2 you will mever regret. There customer support is fabulous. I use g2 very frequently, i can say multiple times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't see any negative thing that I can highlight here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I personally use g2 to provide and to get reviews about the software products. It will give you complete idea about a product and you can proceed accordingly. You can ask experts on the go about any product and you can see users genuine reviews.

Paid incentive invitations can boom the response and able to generate leads

I am writting the reviews from a month and G2 takes very less time to publish the review to benifit the users.

What do you like best about the product?
It has detailed reviews of many softwares and helps users in determining which would best fit their needs. Really appreciate the G2 initiative to pay consumers for writing honest review about an application. But not only you, the reviewer, gets a reward. When you write a review through G2 Gives, they make a donation to a charitable organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Writing a review usually means answering too many questions for which you don't always have enough time for.If you don’t show enough proof that you have used the software you are reviewing, the G2 crowd won’t approve of your review. But before you even get to submiting a review, you need a Linkedln account or business email address to make yourself a G2 profile. Personal emails don't work.

It helps make intelligent software decisions based on authentic peer reviews.Getting paid to write reviews for G2 is also an awesome benefit. One of the key benefits from the reviews is letting the buyers know what their customers want and provide them with the solutions they need.

Giving the audience a unabiased information about softwares, tools, etc. Very easy to use and implement. Good tool for customer support due to a number of features needed like the ease of integration. The frequency of use is twice.

Too many questions. A lot of them were not needed

This makes the owners and developers aware of the issues of their softwares so they can make steps to resolve those issues. It also gives them an idea of how people perceive their product that can help their marketing.
For me G2 is kind of a trustworthy guide giving important data on programming and administration.

G2 is the best tool which can be used for taking the best and informed decision for software and services. As this is the most confusing things which bothers as our organisation. It is the most valuable and reliable source and give the insight into real world experiences of users just like me. It is a user friendly interface but might not always be 100% true but again this is an unavoidable situation which can be ignored

In my opinion G2 has no any features to dislike this, but it's my only suggestion for G2 it could be inclupe more numbers of tool that are use in market right now.
