The only thing that downside the G2 is it's review authentication and authorisation l. G2 should check the authenticity of a particular review. Otherwise it is overall a good review site.

I wish it did more than SaaS and sites, it would be nice if it was a complete B2B review list for all businesses that could sign up or be added. I think this would broaden the reach for G2, and provide a platform for business to business reviews on a whole new level compared to trustpilot and others, that do general reviews.
