It is a great platform to share experiences about the applications that I use the most, it also serves to give users a voice in front of the companies that manage the applications and the bonus of being able to receive financial compensation for surveys answered is fantastic to compensate for the time invested in answer the questions thoroughly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app options to be rated do not include all the ones I use and not all of them have financial compensation for responding. Something I would like to have is to take advantage of the information G2 have about the applications to provide us information about applications similar to the ones being rated.

Having a space to find out opinions and evaluations about applications that I want to know better, in addition to having a space to express my own experience, while receiving a reward for answered surveys

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface for its simplicity and intuitive arrangement. I also like how the Likert scales are not always 1-5 as a choice. Also, it is clear from the types of questions that expert users have helped to create them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wonder how my feedback was received by other users. Were my comments helpful for a person? Also, I sometimes wonder if there are competing products for the one that I am reviewing that might offer a feature currently unavailable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can only imagine that they are using my feedback to help companies refine their product, sales approach, future development, and customer satisfaction. I am not benefitted directly by submitting my reviews, except for the gift card received afterward.
