A Website where you can find genuine reviews of software.
What do you like best about the product?
On G2.com there are no baised reviews and each software have positive and negative reviews and G2 publish all the reviews wheter it is positive or negative. It helps in deciding whether to buy a software or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
some times there are software for which we want to check reviews but we are unable to find any as there is no one who reviewd that software. In these cases G2 should provide trail versions to some reviews and get reviews of these softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps in decidind which software we should buy and which software can solve our problems, what are the benefits related with software and what are the advantages and disadvantages of using any software.

Excellent questions for reviewing a product from techno, commercial and improvement areas. Easy and friendly interface for writing your opinion on this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. But ready to see for any improvements in terms of questioning about the product

It provides the great platform were the verified users provide there feedback on the product
Still an Excellent and recommended platform for reviewing products and to be reviewed as a company

The company has stayed to their original values, which in my opinion are solid and I would not change it myself either. Also the quality of the reviews is consistently high, opposed to weaker competitors (like Trustpilot).
What do you dislike about the product?
While G2 did improve on the bottlenecks previously mentioned, a comparison between the visibility and reliability of G2 compared to similar companies (like Google Reviews, Trustpilot) so the users have a better perceived value of G2's performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2.com is perhaps not directly solving problems for me, but it does help our company to identify issues present in other compies so that we can avoid making the same mistakes.

Need more AI functions. Need to improve on more latest products and services

G2 help me to quickly review and reachered products and services without spending too much time filtering useless information. This saves me time and effort. Information is also accurate.
