Easy to set up and worth the time and $ investment
What do you like best about the product?
The sales process was great. I tried the platform for free for awhile and when I was ready, I purchased to better customize the searcher's experience and to improve our online presence as a customer success and sales training academy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's fairly easy to set up so I am not sure of anything yet that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us reach more buyers, gain more social presence, capture voice of the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I found G2 is very hepful because it enables too choose different softwares and applications as per received reviews and posted feedbacks form users. Moreover providing incentives on reviews is very attractive strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much but it seems review questionares are too many as a survey, survey questions should be limited for users to provide authentic and honest responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is is providing very beneficial data via reviews and surveys to different individuals/users by awareness of sotwares and applications authenticity useage and basic use and purpose as per postes reviews.
The layout and navigation of the platform is eye friendly and clean!
What do you like best about the product?
The survey questions are strategic and appropiately repetitive to ensure the participant is consistent in offering feedback. This to me ensures a more genuine capture of thought about the product being assessed.
What do you dislike about the product?
G2 for first time was a nice test drive. I will be willing to use more if requested becasue the format is truly easy to navigate without much fuss. I woudl say, the most elementary to advanced mindset could steer this sitebuild.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 was used by ADP to assess the services being offered to clients - I was directed to G2 for that purpose form their site.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 helps lot of people to find reviews on different applications and move forward with this. It also helps people by sharing rewards on the reviews, this will add energy to all to share more reviews on applications. The time frame for the review to get approved is also very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reviews are not approved but however there is a chance of making corrections and submitting again. Because of the rejection the time frame here will be more to get a gift card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpful to check reviews of different applications of different persons. As this provides various gift cards this is onw of the benifit and adding point for all the people who ever use this.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how practical it is and how it's wide range of companies always helps us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately,G2 is not that used in Brazil and therefore sometimes it doesn't work that well.

I like to use it as an assistance to overview the competitor landscape.

What do you like best about the product?
According to my experience with the G2, the fact that you are sharing your experience by reviewing the apps you used was rewarded with an award. My first prize overwhelmed me, and it motivated me to complete the remaining reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
G2 is difficult to rate, and while it provides excellent service, the incentive part is incomprehensible to prospective software customers. Allows users to share helpful information with others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 confirms that the reviewer is a current user of the program, ensuring that the input is based on firsthand experience. The evaluation procedure allowed me to express my preferences and highlight things that I find valuable. I was offered and received a digital gift card in exchange for my time spent writing the review. If the option to review software that I use arises again, I will most likely take it!

What do you like best about the product?
The applications that I'm really using is here at G2 and I am very free to review them. Aside from that the navigation of G2 is great and very easy to use especially when you are opening it on laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, G2 is very good. Questions to answer is very easy and precise as well as the leaders of this application are very kind and generous. No lags and very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of every client, because of G2 client will have insights for a certain applications since G2's reviews are accurate and is really from real people's idea.
