G2 works if you use it right
What do you like best about the product?
Definitely helps with customer perception. We do hear often that deals that we signed, the prospects checked us out on G2 before making the decision. G2 team is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe do the grid reports every 6 months instead of every quarter. Make it a bit more exclusive and difficult to get in to the reports.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and you could share your experience about the product you have used, and pro and cons of the products. What are the features you like and what are the disadvantage you encountered that might get shared to the person who in need
What do you dislike about the product?
To many products but same questions where it might get confused while writing the review. Need more scalable work flow to encourage the reviewers and known products experience

First it's allowing me to write my opinion about the product which I have come across in my experience, then the part I do which I like to do also it's helping me financially
Honest reviews from real users
What do you like best about the product?
The G2.com site offers honest reviews from real users on many different types of softwares. G2.com will even give you gift cards for leaving honest reviews of certain softwares. Its a win win!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen many downsides to the G2.com website. I guess the only negative is that there are SEVERAL different softwares that I can't review because I have never heard of/used them. Not sure if that is useful feedback...

please mark clear regarding rewards and also add different countries online portals for rewards like Pakistan we donot have amazon option

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful: immediate response to each completed entry and in a friendly manner. The survey progresses logically without proposing more questions of similar intent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requesting a dislike - a negative connotation - regarding G2 is irrelevant. I abhor filling out software reviews and unsubscribe from all other survey-service providers, except G2. There's a 'coolness' of attitude embedded in the survey. Or, is it just me?

Getting a survey completed without being a pain in the ass. Benefits? Usable data.

While G2.com strives for accuracy, there could be instances where information about software products is outdated or incorrect
G2 has a lot of software options for my reviews!

G2 gives rewards for your reviews. They send email notifications and you can also track it under your Rewards section. Motivates me to write a review for the software that I use!

I wish there were more profile editing options, but overall, G2 is an excellent tool for writing reviews. The rewards they give motivate me to write even more reviews!

The reward money is my primary motivation is writing reviews, but reading reviews from other users about software and tools they use is a great help for me too! Helps me decide if it's worth to use a specific software for my job.
