Credibility and help attract potential customers
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love about G2.com is the sheer wealth of user reviews and ratings. It's like diving into a treasure trove of honest opinions from real people who have actually used the products or services. It's a game-changer for me when it comes to making informed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have these disapproving reviews that just drive me crazy. It's so frustrating to have to constantly update reviews when they continue to associate with companies, especially if we've already left that company.

G2 is one of the largest and most trusted software marketplace in the world and it's great to hear that so many people, including those at Fortune 500 companies, are using G2 to make smarter software decisions. We hope to continue providing our customers with the best software decision experience possible.

The thing maybe I dislike about G2. One possible downside to using G2 is the plethora of software and products offered, which can make deciding on the appropriate purchase quite challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving documents, pictures, or forms onto Google Drive is a simple process; once you hit 'Save' on any window, Google Drive will be one of the available options. By selecting save, one can proceed to the file's specified location. I have stored over a million files in my Google Drive, making it akin to a digital filing cabinet.
G2 worth of your time.
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the fact that the timer I spent and the review they asked for was indeed worth it and paid off in a proper manner, I am glad I was able to post Honest Opinion which was decently paidoff experince.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process has been time consuming and they should add more redemption options for vouchers they have provided for the betterment of the user experience. Hope they do this in future.

Honest reviews and Opinion matters in both B2B and B2C services where G2 is a great option to check on a lot of options here on the G2 platfrom on global level.

The review process is very reliable as its find out if we it's genuine from a user and rejects if it has influence of chatbots. Interface is user friendly

G2.com helps us to receive a genuine feedback about the product rather than not generated ones. Hence, we are not blindsided by false reviews. Also, the incentive is great
