What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can find many reviews about a product that interests me and make decisions based on objective feedback from users. G2 has helped me find tools for lead generation, content creation, and marketing, allowing me to choose between them.
Once, I had an experience of listing a product on G2 for a team I worked with. I find it great that founders can submit their products for free and receive feedback in this way. Overall, my experience with G2 has been positive both as a user and as a member of a product team.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't noticed any flaws on the platform that would make it difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2.com helps find services and products a person's looking for. For me, it's helpful to know what others think about a product I want to start with. This way, I save time and gain more confidence in what to choose. It's great that I can leave my reviews too and help other users like me.

To be honest, there is nothing to dislike about the G2 comunity. They provide a bundle of software geniune reviews with an easy user interface which makes everything so easy!

G2 dasbhbaord interface so good , 24 hours customer support daily. With in few hours received gift card.

G2.com provides the reserch platform to find the best technology for your applications. You can also get access to geninue reviews on the different technologies so that you can take decision to go ahead with best technology wich suits your needs. You get insights and feedbacks from the actual users of technology which I beleive is really helpful to decide the technology you need.

I really like everythign about G2, however the one thing that I have found slightly annoying is some of the reviews on G2.com might be skewed toward certain types of users or industries, which could affect the relevance of the feedback for specific use cases.

Haven't fine one yet..though it meets customers needs, the reward from the review delays more than expected and i would suggest G2 would do something about that in the future.
