G2 - a go to platform for software research
What do you like best about the product?
It has tons of reviews available for each software and has proper categorization where software is compared based on details shared and actual customer experiences
What do you dislike about the product?
It presents so much software. Some of them we do not know. it can prolong decision-making after seeing all the options we have. Its actually a plus for G2 but it's just a delay on our side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to intelligently choose the right software to get. It also helps us to know all our good options. This enabled the company to readily move to a new platform that is just right about the needs we had at the time.

G2 is an easy platform to leave reviews, but also see what others are saying about products. It is quick and reliable to find products I am interested in and compare them to other companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a product that I use that cannot be found. I wish the process to refer/recommend products to review was easier and that G2 wasn't restricted to only "in-circle" products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping me find the best product for the companies that I work with. Each company is different and has different needs and G2 makes it easy to compare products and find the right fit for each company.

Excellent Experience Reviewing Software
What do you like best about the product?
I love that they give you an incentive for writing a review. It also is very helpful to have real life testimonials to look at from real users. The fact that you do have to "prove" or show a screenshot of you using the program/software is a plus. There is a lot of misinformation out there in the world in general, so this is great to know that this feedback is coming from an actual user and not some random person that you may not know if you're an employee or getting paid by a company to say those things.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do send a lot of emails to requests reviews. but I am sure I can probably adjust that in my settings for the frequency or kind of emails I may be getting.

Getting true, accurate feedback and reviews from actual users of programs.

The most helpful thing about G2.com is the pleothra of different softwares they provide that in long and short term make the lives of employees very easier and helps us toh achieve the desired outcomes.

As i have mentioned earlier as well for G2 , i currently do not dislike anything about it but would definitely want G2 to innovate more and make lives of people much more easier

The availability of softwares on the platform that helps us to use them and benefit from them and make the work more productive so that the goals are achieved regularly .
