What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about G2 is that you can search for the product and check all the reviews on it at a single place.You can search for various tools and then buy that tool based on the review shared by it's various users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI of this app can become more enhanced for better accessibility of it's various functionalities.Apart from that the app is giving the best review to buy any tool or product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving me the reviews before buying any app .There are many products that I use is there on this platform and every product that I use is working really fine.

What do you like best about the product?
Best platform to get to know about a SW and help us in making decisions on which SW is best for our use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such but would like to have a detail description about a product which helps us even mor easier to make decisions.

User friendly platform for providing reviews on a product/softwares
What do you like best about the product?
I like the most about design and depth of the questions are easy to understand with text writing and choice questions. And also navigation of platform while doing the survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in specific but overall platform has all features required for users to feel good experience with software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is actually helping businesses to choose the platform for their needs by taking unique and legitimate reviews for experience users around the world, thank you G2.

I love the fact that G2 gives you hints on what topics you should give your review, it's very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couln't find a dark mode feature on this platform, it's just that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At first I used G2 to review a specific software, but now I would like to keep reviewing other software that I've used.

What do you like best about the product?
As a reviewer, G2 allows reviewers to be creative in their responses and also help the audience help decide which software is best for them. As the audience, they can view actual reviews for software. For example, Smartsheet, Monday.com and Asana are best for project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audience can not see below the top nine best softwares, and so they can't see which website is best not to be implemented. A 'see more' hyperlink could be addded so that viewers may see the remaining websites reviewed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps me find the right software that is best to use and is reviewed by actual reviewers. An example of this is that I was previously using ClickUp, and when I checked G2, I saw that Smartsheet was best, and I tried it out.

Today everyone is looking for the best rated and result oriented products for their business needs and G2 has mastered in providing the real time utility and experience matters with B2B and B2C

Just need more Case studies which are relevant to the market needs to cover all types of domains, adding real time surveys is more appropriate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help in indentifying best suitable tool or choosing language for my development team.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and smooth website I feel it so freandly and the time needed is fair and rewards easy to claim and there is a lot of topics can the reviewer chose from it.

There is nothing not good maybe it will be good to test it more before I gave my suggestions but in general it was a great experience and I will redo it again .

It make possible to give a reviews about what we are really found it good so other people can make a decision depends on our reviews and really it's a very important at this days
Right approach to social cooperation
What do you like best about the product?
Many companies do business, many more talk about engaging with their users, creating a social space... few succeed, as in most cases bonehead marketing ruins everything by primitive pitches. G2 seems to find a sweet spot - get user involved and yelp their experiences - all while keeping these subscriptions sold. Not a bad thing, creates a feeling of participation, while choosing software
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs a bit more growth - so far G2 has all the standard things, some good other offerings, but as far as catalog of available software goes - there is a space to grow, for sure
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often deal with vendor evaluation, and this implies at least the initial research. Typically, googling and chat GPT'ing helps to get a baseline - then direct communication with vendors allows to clarify missing pieces and get demos. Having a two-in-one - research and reach/subscribe seems like a fairly useful concept
Simply a must for today's business environment
What do you like best about the product?
Personally I enjoy the immediate support I receive. Unbiased customer reviews, and with the software I use, the ability to track current trends in areas pertinent to my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects can be a little overwhelming for the lamen individual. However, not so much with their assistance in finding the correct platform for your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 has been beneficial especially in the planning phase for me. I am able to focus on the right product that meets my business's intent. So long story longer. A great team.
