Best platform to work on
What do you like best about the product?
The best platform to work with and has helped a lot in working with the team from G2 and we would love to do it in the future for the outgrowth of the organization
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nearly no drawbacks and there is no disliking in particular but the software can be upgraded if worked upon by the team and that will be all i guess for the disliking part
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 has been best in resolving issues and has helped in the problem solving instantly because of the quick response from the support team and will be used with us in future
Quick and easy feedback and survey portal.
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and ease of use. Everything is laid out clearly and is incredibly easy to understand what is expected while using and navigating through the website/portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't have any significant complaints regarding G2.com. Closest thing I have to a complaint is that you aren't able to provide reviews and feedback outside of work-based, professional software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to locate and gather detailed user reviews and feedback on software and other business platforms that could be adopted or implemented for use at my current company.

What do you like best about the product?
It seems like a pretty straightforward and easy way to guage interest or understand user experiences with software, services and other offerings. The simplicity of it seems to be a big benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose the thought of data being collected and stored externally could pose a potential risk, but G2 can be a trusted partner given their size and stature in the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping my organization quantify user-engagement and software usefulness across our organization. It's beneficial to know what is working, what users feel is working and then what is not working.

They send out a lot of emails after you do one review. Too much really.

What do you like best about the product?
The way they are gathering the product collection and their information, accessible to everyone and anyone can loginto the site and can read the information, about any software product.

Sometimes, I see few bugs/issues related to user interface related.

Amazing Platform to Explore Softwares
What do you like best about the product?
We can find almost all the software in one place. Along with reviews and pricing and pros and cons. Software is available for service and industry. The discussion among professionals is very insightful.
I have learned so much about all types of software through G2. G2 has helped me to analyze the apps I use. I keenly look at each software and measure its efficiency for both personal and professional purposes.
I think this is also a part of the process of innovation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. I have been a part of the G2 community for a long time and I enjoy every part of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to explore softwares and use it to the fullest. I test every possible feature of a tool. The reviews help me to assess a tool and the insights I get from other users are also very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The action of being able to not only be able to give our own personal feedback on different softwares. But also a place for companies themselves to see what it is they can do to improve and advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really had a really good chance to explore as throughly as I could have. So at the moment, I don't see anything to dislike at the moment. It's cut and dry when it comes to what's what on the platform, but I do look forward to seeing where the platform goes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping multiple people, originations, and etc. all at once. Though I've only used the site to do reviews. I am quite curious of the other things G2 has to offer!

What do you like best about the product?
What i like the most is how simple it is to write the review and place comments. I will continue to do more reviews here so other people can get easy answers on the onboarding of new software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will be completely honest, have not noticed anything I dislike except maybe a wallpaper in the backgroud of the webpage would be nice to add. Could be the logo of the company being rated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to hire a service for call center telephony services, did an extensive search and he in G2 we were able to find reviews about the company's in question or the ones we were looking to contact. Thank you!
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use G2. I've taken countless survey on various site and G2 is very easy to use moreover the font is perfect, not too big nor too small. I'd recommend them for your business need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about G2 thus far. At the present moment, I am very happy with using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is reaching out to customers to find out their real honest opinion and this is very good because real people giving real feedback is priceless.

The template and the flow of giving reviews is thoughtful and organized. I like that my sentiment is recorded on a scale and in word so I can give context to my score.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything in particular that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was recommended to the site by a vendor we use. This seems to be the go-to place for tech company reviews. I have been able to provide comprehensive reviews of the vendors with which we partner. Additionally, the occasional gift card sweetens the deal.
