What do you like best about the product?
First of all I like this concept. It is really good for reviews. I think the reviews from experts on the specific fields using specific softwares will really help the potential users to make crucial decisions

Actually I don't have anything negative to share about my experience using G2 for sharing my opinions about the softwares. But one thing I faced is confusion created by some questions. I really didn't understood what they meant but sone questions.

G2 has a lot of information about the softwares and tools. We can share our knowledge about the software that we are using. And i must say thta it has been a fantastic platform for software evaluation.

G2 helps us in reviewing different softwares, we can not only share our experiences but we can also write about the things that we dont like. As a critical software reviewer we can give our honest review that can help other people make decisions.

G2 helps us in understanding our buyers and helps the business for Marketing, IT Services and Finance. But we can not see others reviews posted by other users and also we hardly get option to review services.
