What do you like best about the product?
User interface is friendly from perspective of ordinary user. The site is built in a very perfect fashion to provide a very broad view of various softwares from user point of view. The site is automated to provide a detailed comparison of various softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
More surveys we write, more should be reward. Also site should allow video option to make review more authentic. The website can use use more marketing mails and can provide more opportunities to users to write surveys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 as a survey site is helping many software users like me all over world to provide a viewpoint about all softwares comparing their pros, cons, cost, durablity, market trends, software research, usage as per market and business requirements, etc. Any market professional gets a clear sense of idea which technology/softwares they can use in their organization meeting their requirements.

I like that I am able to read through other's opinions on software they use to help with their day to day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is the buttons and options where we land after writing in the review, I don't like it when I still need to wait before my review get approved. Maybe lesser time to wait will be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is nice that we get to improve on engagement especially when users software information are available at hand. No need to research when you like to try out a product, just view all the reviews to get first hand experiences.

G2 is a great software reviewing website that gives great insight to a product or service. It helps to give ease in the decision making process. also it is convenient.

It is not that well known of a website to most of the public so not a lot of people come look here for reviews. Not as much they go to hellpeter or any other review sight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is solving my my software awareness issue. It is impossible to keep track of all the apps and software that are out on the market so G2 is very good at letting people know.

This is the best for reviewing the product and we can get the best review those who are using the software. We can easily get the any feedback for any of these software.

I did not see any disadvantage in this software.

If we want to use any extension or software we can easily get the best and real review from the G2 site and then we can use the software. We can easily compare the any software and get the best extension. I love this site.

Whenever I am looking for honest feedback and reviews about software or services, G2 is my first and, honestly, only stop. I can always find reviews from actual people that use the software.

The only thing I have noticed is that there are some software that are not listed on the site. I am a relatively early adopter so I am not surprised that they are missing at first,

It saves so much time when exploring new software to use. Before using G2, I had to go to numerous sites and weed out the reviews that were obviously BS. I don't have to do that with G2.
