What do you like best about the product?
Survey was quick and form easy to follow and complete. Had great questions to answer. Our organization would like to use this to send to our members to get feedback

Still fairly new so no complaints at this time. Never heard of them before, maybe better advertising to get name out to better share what this service has to offer to a big company

Great Survey for Software that are quick and easy
What do you like best about the product?
The questions regarding the software for review are to the point and reviewers are able to leave a review in an efficient manner. Allows me the time to do the review and does not interrupt my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced anything that I did not like so far. Everything is user friendly and the everything that is promised is given quickly with no hassles or additional requests.

G2 is creating a platform where an honest product review is available. Coming from the users directly it provides a good look at the products with info from actual users.

They respond quickly with the issue that is raised to them. They send follow ups in your email and keep you posted regarding your concern. Reliable and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are unecessary issues that are showing up when you try to claim a reward. It can cause a hassle sometime especially when employees are too busy to file a case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helped me claim my reward for one of the survey forms they handle regarding saleshood. It was a smooth transaction even though I had issues at the start. It ended in a good note.

Sometimes our review is not getting approved then at that time we must have an idea what exactly is wrong what's the reason behind the rejection so that If we haven't understand the product well then we can understand it.
