What do you like best about the product?
I really like G2 because it has reviews from real people who use the products. These reviews help me make smart choices because I know they're honest. G2 is different from other websites because it's clear and trustworthy. It's also easy to use and find what I need fast. G2 lets me look at different software options, compare them, and pick the best one for my business. It saves me time and makes sure I choose software that fits my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any negative aspects on the G2 till now. It's welcoming and easy to use. I am getting a great user experience so far. Filter is very usefull feature for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can access valuable insights and reviews that assist me in making well informed decision. This saves me considerable time and effort and also ensures that I invest in software products that are best with my specific requirements. I go to G2 to find out "from the street" whether the program satisfies proper business requirements. As a manager of information technology, I use G2 in a variety of situations. To determine which product is most suited for my needs and the manner in which we can achieve the greatest potential to increase the company's reach in many fields, my company and I have only recently begun to utilize G2's review service.
Descent initially, toxic finally
What do you like best about the product?
It used to give rewards in exchange for software reviews from audience. Helps in comparing different software and choosing accordingly based on pros and cons described.
What do you dislike about the product?
The working pattern is very unprofessional, disappointing and degrading day by day. The support team has always been pathetic. Initially, G2 was descent, but finally, the G2 strategy can be described as follows,
1. Reject reviews without reviewing
2. Reply late to tickets, obviously after rejecting their reviews (brilliant hack)
3. Then keep them stuck in an infinite loop of so-called 3 business days!!!!!!!!!
BRILLIANT GUYS, SLOW CLAPS INDEED!!!!!!
And last but not least,
4. Join all the queries of suffering users altogether (Master Move)
As I told you its, 's not the last master move strategy. Here's another one
5. Reject reviews (obviously without going through them or even tickets associated) even on WEEKENDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fantastic!?

No problems it is solving. Instead, it makes a simple thing called reviewing even more problematic, and the credit behind this goes to the pathetic strategies and worst support team.

The Site Without Comparison for Comparison
What do you like best about the product?
I love the variety of things on here from products to websites, it covers anything and everything that you might be interested in and there is always something alternatively to it that is almost as good or quality. I love how i can compare multiple things and check them all out if i so choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all to dislike about it. I am given a choice to check out things and post my opinion as well on what I find to be useful or not for other users...it doesn't get better than that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find the sites and things I need, get good information on regards to not only the one i know but maybe sometimes ones I dont know about and I can contribute as well. It's allowing me to go to one website to find all the information I need and am looking for in one place.
Real Money!!
What do you like best about the product?
I thought it would be another site that tricks people into getting engagement. But I received the money safely, transparently and without so much bureaucracy. I will take a closer look at the other proposals the site offers. So much so that the site has a very functional payment method for international transactions (in my case, in Brazilian Real); I loved it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I still haven't found any negative points; the entire landing page is inviting, the questions are very intuitive and, even for a non-English speaker, it works super well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Develop trust in platforms that I was unfamiliar with and see how other people deal with them, understanding their strengths and weaknesses. This recently helped me better understand some features of a prospecting platform that others were already using on my team. I needed a foundation for a more significant investment in it.
