What do you like best about the product?
Getting good consistent reviews that tell the good, bad, and ugly about different software offerings. I go to G2 to get the word 'from the street' on whether the software meets legitimate business needs. As an IT manager, I use G2 in a number of different contexts; Vendor evals before purchase are paramount, but I also use it for insight into implementation difficulty and ongoing third-party risk management reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using G2.com - especially when there are many reviews for a specific product. When I see fewer reviews, I tend to move forward with a bit more skeptical 'trust but verify' mode. Overall there's not much to dislike here!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

G2 is a really great tool and has little to dislike about it. but the one thing that they can improve on is that they can provide a more detailed description of any rejected review. so user can be clear about exacty where they need to improve writing reviews. On top of this, G2 is outstanding tool.
