What do you like best about the product?
The G2 provides a good platform to get a proper review for tools, applications, softwares, and the questions used for reviews are too accurate and can get the proper data of interest from customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention here, I have used G2 to review the applications and software and was able to decide which tool would be best for our services

I am using G2, mainly for reviewing the softwares and applications, also getting to know the details from Grid about other technical stuff too. so with gaining information, i am also earning rewards, which is good :)

I used it for a survey/review on a client that we use and it worked just fine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't see or notice any downsides. Everything worked well.

it didn't solve any business problems that I had.
G2 is my go to place for comparing software that I am about to purchase.

Sometimes software I am considering is not reviewed. not suer why.

What do you like best about the product?
They way they manage and market different softwares is INCREDIBLE. Because of this I've fully discover and utilize software like smartsheet and the like. Seeing how trustwothy and safe this marketplace is a plus. Unbiase questions will definitely grab your attention to further critical reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
The whole system is manageable and will boost your curiosity in giving reviews to a certain software yet looking forward for more options in the reward section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to share my thoughts and suggestion to a certain platforms through review is already a go for me. To be able to help such program or software that I currently using with honest feedbacks on their performace will help them to improve more their services. Also having this place where other users or future users can get ideas on the best software to use for a certain task is a well done accomplishement by G2.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the availability of information and verified user reviews. It's simple to use. They also communicate quickly. It's interesting how they help businesses as well. Nothing but positive things to say.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't a lot of negative things to say. I think it'd be cool and useful to see more company data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me learn more about similar products. G2 points me in the right direction, whether I'm researching software or doing competitive research. I got good quality leads from G2 as a sales person.

G2 is massive platform for getting the correct feedback before investing in it !
It's a great way to share information about products, whether good or bad

It's a very user-friendly system. And -- you are rewarded for your time and input!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes all of the questions don't fit on my screen and when I try to continue it tells me I missed some questions. This may just be an internal issue. When there are choices in a dropdown, you think you've answered the question by clicking on your choice, but that's not the case. you have to type the answer in the box, which is not always possible.
