G2 Reviews is bomb!
What do you like best about the product?
Helps regular users navigate through a sea of various apps and software pricing and packages and easily evaluate and make better purchase decisions
What do you dislike about the product?
too many questions that are not necessarily useful for the end consumer, also the user interface is not too user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps me navigate through the plethora of available software and get an end-user perspective before deciding on one app or another. It is good before spending time and budget on a software

What do you like best about the product?
I heard about it throuser interviews. I like that you can earn while giving an honest review about a product. It makes you put more effort when there's a reward at the end.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I have only used it twice, but I feel that sometimes there are questions that might not be relevant to what I am trying to do in a review. Maybe having more focused questions could help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it is helping me create more focused reviews. It alllws me to really think about what I will put in here. Therefore, it feels like I have done something productive when I finish a review.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you verify a person's use of a particular software. That is key in the review process being the most accurate. I love getting rewarded for my time spent sharing my experience using a product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the type of questions the survey asks does not allow for various answers. The questions lock you into one response that may not exactly fit what you're trying to convey about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 has helped with our company's search for different software platforms to help streamline other areas of our day-to-day accounting and transactions. Because I actually do reviews on this site, I also trust the process they use, and the reviews posted are accurate and verified.

What do you like best about the product?
What I loved about G2.com is having all the business reviewed under one roof with the authenticity of the reviewer and the business itself. The only website that processes rewards immediately!
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about G2.com, with no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am always left with surprises and rewards, and it's a determined effort to give such a phenomenal experience to its users. As a reviewer, I see the benefits of growing both Businesses & Consumers.
When measuring user satisfaction becomes a simple job.
What do you like best about the product?
That takes into account a wide range of topics related to the user experience. Its use is simple. It reports the number of words used and does so with guide phrases that are even fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design is not attractive. It does not have a great use of colors and does not use images to attract the person who completes the survey. In addition, it is very extensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It doesn't really solve any of my problems as a user, but it gives me the possibility to provide my experience and opinion about the platforms I usually use. And it's a background for, when I need to, use G2 to measure what I need to measure.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, clear and concise, and rewarding!
What do you dislike about the product?
Reward system can be improved, as it is unclear whether all rewards can be combined and stack up instead of everything scattered.

G2 shows how other users speak up about their experiences on different software, it is helpful, as it is genuinely coming from the users, not just advertising words/promises.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of providing feedback on a software solution that I had used previously. I was able to provide meaningful information to other potential users in a way that was easy to digest.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing but rave reviews from me. The questions are thoughtful and efficient. They get to the point without wasting your time. I appreciate the ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide feedback from other real users on products before investing in them. Technology investment is expensive and hard to implement. Using G2 provides insights I would not be privy to otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful for knowing the genuine reviews.Their review process includes screenshots of the signed-in applications which we are reviewing.So there are no chances of fake reviews.

As far as i have used there are nothing.
