I don't think there is much of a downfall they have just about every enterprise and software product you can think of and easy self explanatory instructions very insightful

The ability to learn then choose the best software and services options both personal and buisness wise very direct and easy to contact at any given notice their availability is awesome

G2.com is easy to use and allows you to get paid for your time and thoughts. The bar at the bottom of each review helps you write comprehensive thoughts for the benefit of all!

I am not sure there is anything to dislike! It's easy to use and there are a variety of reviews for you to fill out. Your progress is tracked and you move right along.

G2.com is helping me provide feedback to companies that have the desire to improve, grow and keep their clients. G2.com allows a platform for sharing valuable feedback in an easy way.

Questions designed for review are the best thing here that may clear all the doubts about any product.

For me I am not getting more product review notifications as earlier rest is good here.

We can know about any of the softwares from users, experts, and special individuals from experienced professionals.At the same time the G2 give us about good nad bad

Not included every field related softwares.so many of used softwares can't find from the list given by G2.comparisson between softwares will be more efficiently.

Software review can improve the knowledge about the product for its users and future clients of the related field for proper selection by viewing reviews of professional users.

What do you like best about the product?
You can easily find the best product by comparing ratings from people. The ratings are detailed and authentic. Other rating websites aren't really detailed because they do not offer great questionnaires like G2
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like my sign-in information to be automatically saved on the device that I use to regularly access G2. I have used G2 twice now, and realised that I need sign in again in order to access my account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is giving insights into which software to use and which to avoid by providing a platform where people review different platforms under no affiliations. My business performance has increased in a way that I can be able to choose which third party applications to use by reviewing them in G2.

I like that I get paid for doing reviews about products I commonly use.

Sometimes I select a product to review off of the list and then, I'm told that it's not available to review.

I maybe disliked the lack of videos, tutorials and knowledge base in the website.
It is not that serious but i think it should be implemented since it is a platform to sell softwares at the end.
