The system that rates your score doesn't make sense to the user...you can get multiple great reviews yet the score doesn't move and no one has been able to tell me what goes into the score and how it's weighted

Yet to find a major dislike but support could have been better. Reduce the SLS time to 1 day instead of 3 days.

G2 - where a million professionals are sharing their opinions on the software. Where you can find independent and trusted reviews for software that you are interested in or consider
What do you dislike about the product?
Do not have any choice in languages for reviewers to let them easily use and write down much more, detail what they know and feel about the software. Users who are looking for information are convenience too

G2 is an independent, reliable and ready site with beneficial reviews from users worldwide, where I find useful information, helping me to be faster and more accurate in my research of the selection and use of software
G2 has been the foundation for every software purchase I have made

I like the thuroughness of the site. It not only shows you what people think about the product, it also puts it together in a way that is easy to digest and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find there is too much information to go through and my view will become cloudy and unsure.

When I have toi spend money on a product I want to find the tool that will best fit my needs and my budget. G2 does this for me.

Finding software and their comparison, it is good platform and you can find almost every product with their reviews and comparison with offers on their subscriptio. I recommend G2 because it is providing me software information and offers on subscription.

Product comparison should be more presice, it should cover all the aspect including price and unique selling points, G2 is trusted by big market leaders so it should maintain its reputation among thwm

I can get software information and softwares at G2 with offers and it's comparison, i don't have to look for other website and research for softwares it's a one stilop shop for all.

G2 provides us a holistic view of different products and softwares available in the industry to optimize our lifestyles and our daily hustles. G2 helps us to identify which product is more reliable to a customer based on the reviews available.

G2 is a great platform but with greatness comes with some unwanted bugs so here in G2 whenever a person or an individual shares their review than he is unable to track his review status in his/her email.

G2.com provides a holistic platform containing all the developers to the product owners which provides them a way to connect and talk about their products and get reviewed with experts on the platform. I am a developer and I can help organisation by providing optimised solutions to their bugs and falls and G2.com encourages me to do more by providing rewards for the same.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps in understanding different softwares and tools to find the most suitable product to to get a clear overview of many products and services. The community of G2 is huge making it great place to learn and grow professionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it's not always that it's reviews are helpful as few of them are biased and ranking can be sometimes misleading making it forced to choose the wrong services and lead to loosing money on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to learn different softwares and services that make me choose the best products and services and understanding the different capabilities of various competitive products leading to make wise decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
When you post with G2, you can always be assured your review and comment contributors will have trouble-free and seamless access to do what you want them to do - post reviews! G2 is built as it should be - secure, yes, but straightforward to use, and it's fun using G2 because the layout and look are so professional and easy on the eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about G2, unless you are a service competing with G2! It's rare I can say that, but G2 has review posting, management, and reporting as it was meant to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to struggle to get reviews posted with so many other platforms not designed to handle security without ruining their users' experience. Also, the time required to make sure your user's posts meet all minimum requirements is no longer an issue with G2.
