I like the simplicity of the features of G2 along with the opportunity to make some money for honest reviews

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of content areas to discuss products reviewed. Also, it seems like a really good grammar and spelling checker is running when typing reviews, so the intent of the review writer can be best conveyed to future readers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some fields are required when the user should be able to not give an answer. Some fields are required when they should be optional. For example, some employers may not allow employees to discuss their employment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has detailed reviews of a wide variety of products so potential future users can read more about the software. There are countless software solutions out there that I have never heard of that are on here.

I have on hand all the information on reviews and opinions about my preferred software.
And it gives me a parameter to know if I can take advantage of it.
And this makes it one of the most useful platforms for specific solutions.

At first, it's hard for you to find the applications you know or prefer.
But after a few minutes, you can find them all.
I would recommend a more user-friendly option, not just the search function.

The greatest benefit is that it is resolving the decision-making process when acquiring or implementing new software.

My main issue with G2.com is the occasional inconsistency in user reviews, which can make decision-making a tad confusing.

it is providing a platform for reviewing other tech softwares for free. i can share my opinion as well as read others

The millions of well-reputed people across the earth providing their genuine reviews will bring faith in the software to customers, employees, software developers, and G2 reviews as well. The G2 team examines each review to ensure that they are legitimate. No reader is going to be tricked.

As far as my usage of G2, I haven't felt any difficulties. The interface seems cool and eases to operate. Do more upgrades and provide services to unknowns by marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To know authentic reviews from the reviewer's pov and To express my review to the individuals. The genuine reviews from people make our task easier. I have checked many reviews related to security products (Ex: CrowdStrike Falcon EPP, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Cloud, Identity, Office 365, etc) from multiple vendors which are relevant to me.

It was straightforward to use. The questions were easy to understand and answer. The functionality of the site was straightforward.

There was nothing that I disliked about G2.

G2 is not solving any problem for me. It was very beneficial to have a secure sight that allowed me to do the survey for Playbook Builder.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using G2.com is its user interface. It's easy to use and scroll around. User ratings help us to know the platform much better, and we can relate to it. When you are rewarded for sharing valuable feedback. It"s the best thing. You can test and review new software.

Some of the software I used earlier couldn't be found here. Rest its fine on G2.com. They should update all the software on their platform.

Cost-effective solution to effectively manage company resources. A platform where people can put their real valuable feedback and reviews which can help other people to gain knowledge about it.
