What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about G2 is the reviews that we are seeing from the G2 site were coming from the individuals that's using the said applications or platforms solved their problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything in G2 is legit and is very helpful for me. So many information about different softwares that you can take advantage. I don't have any negative experience with G2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is really a big help when it comes to decision making on which software to purchase. The pros and cons reviews of each softwares or services allows me to choose which is the best.

What do you like best about the product?
All under one roof is very much apt for G2.com. A plethora of things that we could do with the software is very much in place. Options to choose a wide range of tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I got to know about G2.com very recently. But trust me it is amazing and still i m feeling awe when browsed through the pages. A novel thought that could help many like me. So yet to find something I dislike :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When need arises in tool decision making, IT experts get into several discussions and look for options. But when we have a large shop to cater to end to end needs be it software, tools, business value creation, portal management, G2 is the name
the ideal place to find and review software.

G2 has been very useful when looking for and finding software for specific tasks within the organization, with a high power of influence on our decisions when making software purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time of the search, the clicks are extended a lot to find the right category, but after you achieve it, it is a great help to have a platform that helps you make decisions based on other buyers.

G2 helps me make decisions based on people who have already used the software that I want to buy for my company and this has a great influence on our purchase decision.

G2 marketing solutions help people to choose what application they would buy by providing reviews from all users who have experience with a certain application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about G2 marketing solutions is the website sometimes takes me to another page without clicking on it, but overall everything is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 marketing solutions solve any issues we encounter by providing helpful tips and customer support. I love the chat support where you can ask any questions and you can even talk to a live person.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one place, it corrects punctuation when typing is wrong, and I can handle it very fast. They did not take a long time to send me the gift card that was advertised once completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about G2. Everything was a breeze, and I have never used an online survey that was this easy to use. I enjoyed writing the reviews. I will continue to use them as they email.

I had no problems for G2.com to solve; all has been amazing thus far. I would recommend using them again if ever asked. I love that you can login and see all the things you need to see and do.

What do you like best about the product?
The experience has been very positive, it is friendly and pleasant to be able to express opinions about the products. This facilitates two-way communication, which is essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any negative aspects using it, in fact, I don't dislike anything, maybe the only thing is that it doesn't have an interface in Spanish, although we can read in English, not all of us have the ease to express ourselves.
