It feels great
What do you like best about the product?
The way tha G2 impulse some products because of the reviews that we as users do. It feels great to be heard and that we can make a product great based on our experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes reviews are stressing and hard to finish. A lot of questions, videos and I dont feel comfortable make video reviews. It's not my first option to make a review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product managers, I'm always looking for fresh ideas and tools that make my job easier or more creative. G2 offers me that what I'm looking for, reading reviews of real users who use these products and inspire me to take a look of them.

What do you like best about the product?
I also get to know a ton about what other think about the softwares and how I can make the most use of it myself

You guys are doing a great job. Cross community chat groups might help improve knowlege sharing and generate richer insights

The problem of connecting users with the products being offered to them. The community for tech is huge and leveraging it the right way matters when it comes to scaling and building features in tech

What do you like best about the product?
Incentives are a great way to motivate people to write reviews. Questions were not too difficult to answer. I like how there is a suggested grammatical/spelling corrections feature when you are typing in the boxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to quantify specific answers on a 1 to 10 scale. I much prefer the short answer type questions for clarification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering reviews for a variety of businesses all in one place. I've only used the site once, though to write a review.

I get a feel for what actual users of software are experiencing. I feel that is a more genuine review of the products i am considering.

What do you like best about the product?
Be any type of software user; there is a solution in G2. If you want to buy software, complete information is available. If you want to try it, yes, if the vendor provides it. Excellent classification of software with so many categories is wonderful. And even the best is deals. Also excited to see the usage of chatGPT for buying software
What do you dislike about the product?
I never found any downsides. Using G2 for a long time but faced no problems or issues. May be sometimes,I felt some of the pages are very lengthy , but not an issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a manager, I always need to look for solutions to solve our daily tasks in the easiest and most economical way. Especially need to check for the software solutions which save my teams time and improve the performance and lead to less delivery times and customers improved experience and delight. This is where G2 is a real savior for us

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is a fun tool. It helps everyone to be aware of the pro's and con's of one tool and while doing that you can also earn.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as what I experience it was all great but sometimes there is a delay on the approval of the review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No issues so far but about the benefits I can easily know the problem on one tool.

What do you like best about the product?
My experience with G2 Marketing Solutions continues to be very nice. Their platform is easy to use, and UI/UX is kinda easy too, plus one more thing I’ve especially appreciated recently is their improved communication and guidance around different platforms and services. You guys also provide valuable offers and insights that help businesses make better marketing decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The review approval process could be easier. It would be helpful if we received clearer timelines or specific reasons for denial, or whenever a review is delayed or put on hold. Improving this communication would make the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to know about other platforms' status in terms of reviews and discounts etc it benefits our firm to seek more opportunities by trying new software.

What do you dislike about the product?
G2 could offer more widely known software in many other categories that fall under the personal and commercial use categories, thereby allowing for more layering or user perspective regarding reviews. This broader base of reviews will facilitate the overall increase in the number of reviews.

G2 enables me to provide useful reviews as well as access reviews provided by other users. These reviews ensure that I can recommend the best and most appropriate software for my own and my company's use.
