User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that made my experience great with G2 is I am able to check and review the software that I am using. I am helping also the company to know what are the great things about their software and also the things that they need to improve
What do you dislike about the product?
It covers a wider range of software with a most user friendly interface and i thinks that's what one factor that I don't like because it will be possible that people might be confuse with the feedback per software and cannot come up to a decision if what's trustworthy software to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 can give a trustworthy data and by providing intent data to the people. We can also check people's review and feedback and it helps me to come up with a decision on what software is good or not.

There are very few programs listed for reviews that I have even heard of.

I do not dislike anything about G2.com as of now. As far as i used this site it is very much informative and always provide you details about all the new and existing software and products.

LOVE G2
What do you like best about the product?
Unbiased, truthful reviews to help a user make an informed buying decision. Love the Grid view that compares and rates products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing to change - except I would like to make find the Grid view easier. I tend to leave the site to do a Google review with the criteria "G2" and "Grid", then add the software category I'm looking for. Would love to have an icon to make the grid view easier to access.

Best Place to get the real informatin & review about Softwares before buying
What do you like best about the product?
The platform has a variety of solutions listed across the globe. The reviews are beneficial before making buying decisions and knowing more about them. Categorizing is also very helpful when looking for solution detail in any specific domain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much; however, sometimes the interface takes a lot of time to load all the software. The user can't select the software until all the solutions are loaded on the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have to search for solutions at different places & sites since this platform gives detailed information & reviews about any specific solution. This helps to know more about the answer and do the secondary research. Also, help to evaluate before suggesting to our clients.
How G2 Changed my perception
What do you like best about the product?
G2 gave us a platform to voice out our opinions on different tools and giving us comparisons on what to use better with our customer service tasks everyday. I love it so much
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is always room to improve but so far, I can't point out anything yet but if I do notice something, I'll make sure to write a review again. That's for sure!

It helps me determine the right tools to use, the advantage and disadvantages of the ones I am already using and how I can understand them better to my advantage.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about G2 is that it is easy to use. The layout is the same all the time, which makes it easy to know what to expect when completing a review. A review can be done in such a short amount of time.

So far, I do not have anything negative to say about G2. I had not heard about G2 before, but I am glad I learned about this company. That said, maybe there isn't enough advertising that I have seen about the company.

It is allowing me to share my input with others and being able to share the good and the bad in the hopes that it can either be improved on for when I use the same CRM's once again

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best platform to review a service or product. Glad to know such a platform exists, others could benefit, from which service to choose because of product or service reviews by the experienced. Also, the best part is that they'll give you rewards at end of each successful review

Nope, nothing I found disliked, the review system is pretty simple and ease to use.

It gives us a platform to review the products that we used before, also, it helps people o understand which service or product they use for their businesses, by reading the reviews from experienced people.
