What do you like best about the product?
The questions asked of reviewers are good questions and the answers provided by reviewers shows that they have experience with the products they are reviewing. Other review sites aren't as comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see a special section on products for MSPs to add to their stack. I have a list of several hundred tools to keep track of and it would be nice to have one place to evaluate them all WITH pricing for MSPs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's putting out reviews of products in a format that is used across products so that the reviews compare similar features of each product. G2 also provides a categorized collection of software to make it easier to find like products.

What do you like best about the product?
UI/UX is great , Easy communication between the company and the user , User rich experience, I think good help for new softwares .
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't figured any mistakes but rather like to point out one thing about customer validation and maintenance of hierarchy like if a person or user is genuine towards reviewing . Company should provide with more opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the updated information about new softwares and likewise the offers are great. Helping the testers and developers around the globe . G2 is comparatively less time taking.

Simple to use and share my experience with our business tools. Like the structure and liked the reviews shared by others.

No issues so far but only recently introduced to the platform. Easy to navigate and not having any dislikes so far.

Used to trawl through google for reviews but found that many of the reviews on G2 were much easier to search for my needs; interesting that all the products I was interested in have reviews on G2

A single point where we can get the review of software and purchase the same also. It helps us to make the right decision to find good software for our organization.

Nothing to say anything else as dislike about G2 because it only provides an excellent path to choosing the right software for us, so I think there is nothing to dislike the G2

It Helps us to make the right decision and clear doubts about the software for which we are looking so far by getting the reviews and opinions of other users who people are using that particuler software.

The reviews collected on G2 for any product are great. It gives better insights into what to expect from the software and what are the limitations.

G2 needs improvements for the software comparison. Pricing is only one aspect of it. Additional parameters should be (a) enterprise readiness, (b) finding strengths in a B2B of B2C (some software are popular in B2B world in the same category), (c) comparing basic features in that category, at least top 10 use-cases, etc will help this area

It is easy to use, simple, and you can be direct. Another great thing is that sometimes it shows you the best punctuation. It is the first time that I used and I liked

Saving time and effort: G2.com provides users with a centralized platform where they can compare and evaluate multiple software products and services, saving them time and effort in their search for the right solutions.

G2 has categorized the services is such as way that it becomes very easy to navigate to the required services and gives us a platform to sell G2 and reach more buyers, which non of the other competitors offer.

Easy software review
What do you like best about the product?
G2 is an excellent platform for sharing information about software. The information that people provide can help software developers. I've never done a software review, so I can't compare it with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
G2 is beneficial and can only provide excellent feedback. I don't have any complaints about G2. I would have to do more surveys to determine what improvements are needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure at this point. I have no issues to resolve, and hopefully was helpful giving Smartsheet feedback. Yes, I'm more productive. Yes, my performance has increased.

Everyone says XYZ is the next big, must-use thing. It's nice to see real reviews from people who are more objective and not trend-chasing.
