Very comprehensive and thorough
What do you like best about the product?
Great for distinguishing between different business and marketing softwares available. It's provides a good standardised, baseline reviews, for multi tiered companies and startups.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's is limited to marketing and businesses oriented fields. Different and varied fields as not featured and thus not marketed for investment and business. There should be introduction of more, comprehensive fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Startup business tend to have many hiccups and road blocks. Business ventures solutions often need to be outsourced for collaborative work and can be outsourced from G2.com.

What do you like best about the product?
G2.com makes it really easy for you to want to leave your reviews for products you've used or are currently using. I'm normally not the type to leave product reviews, but the story has changed for me since I learned about G2.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it feels like leaving a review takes a bit long, but I also think it's just a matter of getting used to it. That was my case, at least, and now I find myself leaving reviews for products more often than not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps spread the voice, whether it is for good reviews or bad reviews, in the end, you're helping readers make a wise decision. G2's library of products to review is immense, and keeps growing rapidly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that G2.com enables and facilitates prospective business buyers to make informed decisions by presenting detailed information and honest and truthful user reviews on various products and services. I also like how easy it is to search and browse each category of software and services, read reviews, and compare products based on user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe advertising costs are high for companies that want to stand out, and some reviews may not be genuine. They could lower their advertising costs a bit, thus attracting many more companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to participate in testing and reviewing different services and products.I also want to know the perception and opinions of other users about the services I use.

What do you like best about the product?
Very prompt and insightful. True to what is read. Gets real people to comment and review. Not just a bot putting what they want others to see. I enjoy it when I get to review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not really dislike anything about G2.com. They are very grateful for everything the users do. No matter how the review goes, they do not hold it against anyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is solving issues with the products that are on its site by getting real reviews from real, verified users, not just some random anything. This makes it easier to locate issues that need addressing.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is a platform where you can find desired software with ranking which helps you to choose. It's a one stop market where you get everything according to your need and desire.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am very new with G2, so didn't find anything to highlight here. But I am open to share my true feedbacks always.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the effort to searach and check the market study and rating about any new softerwre is a time taking process and G2 is reducing the same. So it creates a good impact and a solution to save the time and efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Gladly gave me all that I needed as a user. ALL IN ONE. Everything you need is here. As a customer service agent, I help me do my job more efficiently. I can rely on it while multi-tasking with the customer on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there will be a system update that will delay the software but it's for the better for sure. Rather than that, I can't say anything wrong about it.

Difficult to navigate, especially if they are new to the world of business software. With so many products and features to sift through, it can be challenging to know where to begin or which options to consider. While the site has a large and diverse selection of software options, there may be some lesser-known or niche products that are not included in its database.

Providing reliable information, By providing detailed user reviews and ratings, helps users make informed decisions about which products to choose. Simplifying the software selection process and and encouraging transparency in the software industry.

The reviews I have been given have not been too long or drawn out. The questions are to the point and relevant to subjects I am familiar with.

I could use more items to review, LOL. I really don't have any negative feedback at this point.

I give me access to honest reviews by my peers. I feel empowered to give my opinions on subjects I am passionate about.
Every time I review - I'm told to submit identity documents, just not worth it

I like what they have to provide as far as software reviews....
What do you dislike about the product?
Leaving a review ... I just won't do it again. The loopholes to go through to just verify identity. The documents requested I wouldn't even provide to someone I knew much less some faceless user generated content website.

It is beneficial to share opinions and receive those of other users. In addition, it has many users and applications to know of its existence. It is highly recommended to learn about new software before purchasing it.

Some emails they send are a bit recurring. It would be nice to be able to include more software to be able to make more evaluations. For putting something negative that I think has few things.
