Quick, Right to the point!
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the 20 bucks a lot! Also, I like how their e-mails are presented. Pictures from the team make you care.

I wish I could remover my card on the American Amazon!

Great Platform for Reviews
What do you like best about the product?
I recently had the pleasure of using G2 Business Software and Service Review platform, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. Not only did they offer an easy-to-use platform for leaving reviews, but they also compensated me for my honest feedback. This was a pleasant surprise as it incentivized me to take the time to evaluate the software I was using and provide detailed feedback for others to benefit from.
Furthermore, I found it incredibly helpful to read other users' reviews before deciding on whether to purchase specific software. G2 provides a wealth of information from real users, giving me a better understanding of the software's strengths and weaknesses before committing to it.

What do you dislike about the product?
If there were one area for improvement, it would be the emails they send asking for reviews.
On a few occasions, I have received email campaigns with broken links, which made it difficult to leave a review. Additionally, there were instances where the emails contained empty fields such as "Hello [NAME]", which made the communication feel impersonal.
While this may seem like a minor issue, it can be frustrating for users who want to leave reviews but cannot do so due to technical difficulties. I believe that by addressing these email campaign issues, the G2 Business Software and Service Review platform could improve the overall user experience and make it easier for users to provide valuable feedback.

Before deciding on making a purchase, hardware or software, I like to read as many reviews as possible. Every day it is harder and harder to find a reliable source of reviews. By knowing how thorough the review approval process is with G2 (it takes three days to approve a review), as well as their Video Review option and their request to provide a screenshot to prove you are a current user, the platform guarantees that the reviews are coming from real users who are providing reliable information.

I don't dislike anything about G2. It's easy to submit and no any difficulties.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about g2.com is it will help you see the experience of those individual who uses an specific apps or website. Reviews are really important for someone's decisions. One thing I can say, G2.com is the world's most trusted and credible review website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike about g2.com at the moment as I used it only to see reviews for apps or website that I can use. One thing I noticed that this site can only be use by apple users.

It benefits me to make decisions which apps or website I should use. It also give me an Idea how specific business, technology, ect works. Giving not only the good sides but also the bad sides

Best to use this product in this market because no other company like G2 had these many products and features to get addressed hear along with practical documentation

Nothing much but only the portal dashboards were little slow in loading becaus of the other pages would recommend G2 to get better graphical pages along with all the required designs

I had never heard of G2 but I had the software they asked me to review. It was easy, thorough and the follow up was prompt.

I've only had the opportunity once to use the system but it was all well done.

UI is something that needs to be improved for easiness and there is should be a AI related feature help users find the right product with their choice of requirements instead reading many reviews and confirming

Rather than having to buy some products in hand G2 allows to have a few review of the product through each customers. Good and bad too. It's benefiting positively as it has no lies..as the customers real experience will eventually believed
