Increased Reviews in One Campaign
What do you like best about the product?
I like how G2 runs the first campaign to get the profile off and running. We increased reviews by a few hundred percents from where we started in just one campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike the tasking process of verifying a review. There were a few reviews we felt were legitimate however, were rejected because they were not able to verify they were a customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wanted more customer and user validation to promote within the sales and marketing process.
A great way to boost visibility
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get great reviews quickly. We went from 2 reviews to 34 within the first few weeks of joining G2. The platform is really easy to use in general so far.

No strong dislikes so far with the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having customers review your product is some of the best marketing you can get. We've been able to increase our organic visibility and show potential customers more reasons why they should use us.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is a highly-proficient application platform that that can be used by ICT managers/CTO in order to support business solution needs in various fields. It also serves as focal point of ICT/Services Communities and Experts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that this platform can improve by using a complete IOS/Android app.

A unique platform which serves as decision support application.
Great warehouse for real user reviews
What do you like best about the product?
G2.com works fast and I can easily navigate each page. I just need to type the product name and reviews will pop-up. It will help users to decide whether to work with that particular product or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to find any downsides but the site should list additional products For example, if I type Nevron, it says Nevron products. It should list specific products offered by Nevron.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2.com is a single destination where you can read reviews posted by users who had worked with the product(s). The valuable time can be saved just by reading the reviews prior to using and purchasing the relevant product.

Don't turn back. Relax and read the reviews. Use the product after that without any confusion.

What do you like best about the product?
The best I like is we will share our knowledge to others by writing a review on other softwares which we are using frequently gives a brief discription about the software to others who want to us.

The money which was promised after the review is sometimes we get lately or some times you will not get.

Excellent Product and Superior Service
What do you like best about the product?
My company had been using the free version of G2 and had maxed out its capabilities. We investigated a paid version and the rep I spoke with was personable, informative, and fantastic. He helped us through the entire process and made it easy for us to make the decision to pay for G2. I never felt pushed or treated unfairly, and they went out of their way to give us a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of that I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're doing more to get the word out there about our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can't fully speak to the effectiveness of the product yet, but the free version has done wonders for us already. I expect paying for additional features will be even more effective. The service I received was incredible.

What do you like best about the product?
When you are looking for a software it is always good to consult opinions of people who use it (both technicians and users), that gives you a better idea of the product and you see if it adapts to what you are looking for, G2 supports you a lot in this aspect, you look for the product and you will have many opinions object iva s on him. You have an option to compare products that is excellent for seeing the characteristics of products that meet your requirements. When you belong to the group that you do reviews, the questions are simple, you see just what the reader needs to read. The front end is friendly where the revisions are friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is nothing I do not like about G2, The platform you have is very robust and you get all the information you need to evaluate the different products and select the ams according to the needs.
In case you make revisions, I always prefer to make the written reviews, than make a video, just like when I look for product information I prefer to read and compare than watch videos and compare.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the company is in search of a REP and G2 is very supportive in locating different software and analyzing them. With that information we make the first filter to introduce users to a small group of software and start internal evaluations.
Reliable and easy to use Review site
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive is to use G2, you can easily access to the reviews you're looking for. And, when reviewing, it doesn't ask for extense or innecessary information, they value pointing the core strenghts and downsides of the software you're talking, so it doesn't take long to make an interesting and informative review.

So far I haven't had any problems, I give 9/10 just because I've been using this web since last week only

I find that G2 helps me choose the perfect software or app for the issues I need to adress in my two jobs, which is a lot. What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed working with the G2 team. They were very responsive, willing to help and worked to create a seamless process for us. We got a lot done in a short amount of time because of their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a specific downside for us personally, but I would caution people to consider G2 only when you have the time, energy and resources to commit to it. I thought our process went quickly because (1) the G2 team stayed on top of everything and (2) because we were committed to the process. I would advise teams to have a point person and champion for it in their organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to hear from our happy customers on a larger scale. We have a relatively unknown software solution that is incredibly beneficial to our current customers. We love that we can now share their experiences with a larger audience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Assign a point person, have clear goals, follow the plan/process G2 has in place, ask questions and ensure it's the right fit. Companies will not get the full value out of G2 if they do not put the time and effort in on their end. G2 does great work, but they cannot great something out of nothing. Potential customers need to understand that they will need to do some leg work to see the full benefits of the program. We've been lucky to have a great team on our side!
